Clean and plenty of parking.

Was perfect for our stay while visiting our kids in college. Property was very clean, plenty of parking, and close to our kids. I would recommend this property.

DO NOT STAY HERE

We didn’t even get to stay. We had a surprise visitor staying with us. When I contacted the management about any extra person they told us not to come. However they would not cancel our booking. So after being told not come, I was charged over $900. I called Vrbo, they at first could not find the booking and then after 20 minutes of searching found it. I told them what happens, they really didn’t care. The. That $250 dollar deposit that they will refund you, they won’t. It’s all a scam. I didn’t even stay and was charged for damages. I also found an extra $71 charge on my card from them. Apparently they had to clean up all the things I left behind from NOT staying here. DO NOT BOOK here. I hop the city of Rexburg looks into this company.
