Spacious room and very close to the main sightseeing spots. You can park the car at the place and just touring around by walking. Yet, no elevator. The stairs are narrow and steep. Wouldn’t recommend if with large suitcase.

在雷克雅未克来说算是性价比可以的，还可以自己烧饭。就是只有一个人管着，还是新人，谈不上什么服务，明明写着daily clean，我们住的第二天没人来打扫过。看不到heat，但也不冷，说是有中央空调的，但也没发现出风口。

Reasonable accomdation

Accommodation location was really central and close to bus stop for various tours and airport transfers. The two bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of duvets, etc. The apartment was nice and warm, with no need to try and control. Negatives were a few - there was no hot water to the bathroom sink - although lots to the kitchen and shower. The bathroom sink was also very slow to clear water due to blockage. The majority of mugs and plates had chips out of them.

Check-in was poor. We arrived during office hours. No welcome or anything, just refer to the email you were sent. The space was great although when we separated the King bed into 2 singles and was not clean behind or in the corners. Kitchen not adequately equipped. No oven mitts, pot lids missing, dull knives, one hard block of ice in ice maker, obviously not cleaned out. Only received extra toilet tissue after request more. The existing roll was the only one there, for 4 women for 6 night stay. Although the welcome email said light cleaning would the done every 2nd day starting after the second night, it was NEVER done, Towels were never replaced. Shower almost overflowed. Cut shower short and it took more than an hour to drain. We called the emergency number and there was no answer. The other number provided was out of service. They seemed to have come in while we were out but issue was not resolved. We could only shower one person per morning or evening, and it had to be quick or would have overflowed. Really too bad about the service because we loved the location. Would not recommend.

Great central spot!

Impressively centrally located apartment in downtown city centre. Easy to find and parking at the back of the property. Easy quick check in (early too) Good views from the roof lights (we were in appt 5) Nice and spacious with lots of specified amenities. Watch your head on the pitched roof, clattered mine a few times 😂 A little tired around the edges, needs a coat of paint, doors out of alignment, missing handles etc (all very minor though) No shower, only a bath in this one too which was a slight pain. However, for the price the location, size and views were great and i would stay there again for the location alone.

Not what I was expecting

The pictures are not the apartment at all. We were expecting two twin beds and a sofa bed. Instead we got a double bed and a small couch. The shower has spider webs as well.

Great location.

Great location in a great city. It is located in a in short distanse for everything you want to see and do in Reykjavik. Well equpment kitchen, but it could benefit from better cleaning. The kitchen cabinet doors was full of fingerprints, and the stove was greasy. Everything else was fine. The staff was very helpfull and serviseminded. All in all, a good stay and no noice from the neigborhood.

Good location and nice staff

The location is very close to the city centre, 5 mins walk to Harpa and the Church, and there is a big supermarket behind the apartment. The staff in the office are so nice and give helping hands in every ways. The flat is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped, so you can prepare your meal easily. The accommodation is close to bus no. 2, which is easily picked up by the coach when you join local tour or going to the airport. I must be back to this accommodation when I come to Reyjkavik again.

Nice cozy apartment in a very convenient location with on site parking. The fold out couch was residential and probably won’t stand up to much use. Otherwise, the fixtures and bedding were fine. Would definitely recommend.

Great location and space but very bright at night

Great location and the apartment was roomy and clean. It was nicely redone. The kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed including free tea. A small grocery store was close by. The main downsides were that we had to let our kids sleep in the bigger room since that had darker curtains. The small room was very bright all night. Otherwise it was a very nice place.

Unit 2 - Very disappointing

We stayed 5 nights in Unit 2. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this for more than two people. There are many reasons: - The “pull-out” couch is a very old and uncomfortable L-shaped couch that kind of converts to a bed. It is not sufficient. - The “free parking” is only available if you are there in time to get one of three spots. We often had to pay to park on the street. - There is no daily housekeeping as advertised. You will only have clean towels placed in your unit every two days. Garbage and recycling were only emptied once during our stay. - The pictures on the site are mostly taken in one of the upstairs two bedroom units. After our first night, we emailed asking if we could move to a two bedroom unit as the couch was not an appropriate sleeping arrangement for our son. We had absolutely no response to or acknowledgement of our request. We would have considered an additional charge for something that appropriately slept 4, as advertised. - We found two bugs in the bathroom while there. - The bathroom has a moldy smell constantly. - The ceiling is very thin. The guests upstairs had kids, and it was extremely loud. - The windows don’t close properly, and there is no heat control in the unit. The night we arrived it was turned up to max and we had to leave all windows open. - the coffee maker uses unique pods, and only an initial supply is provided. The location is fantastic but I recommend you keep looking, and find another place in the 101 area.

A great combination of spaciousness, character, facilities and a very central location - we could walk everywhere within central Reykjavik. Only downside is that they say there's one parking space per apartment - there we enough space for three cars to park and get in / out and often there were already three, sometimes four cars (fourth blocking in the other three) parked when we came in, so had to pay to park on the street a couple of times (although not expensive and plenty of spaces). Would highly recommend.
