Excellent stay with partner and two younger teenagers. Apartment is fairly well equipped. Sofa bed worked well. We cooked several meals and had everything required. Was very grateful to be able to use the laundry room before we went in a 10 day cruise as we pack lightly and only use carry ons. Good communication with owner pre trip about arrival time and he had to come to apartment to take card payment (not the case if you book directly or pay in advance). Location was suburb, shopping and grocery store within minutes.

Perfect apt for family of 6

Great location, great for our family of 6. Helpful owner with good communication. Full kitchen (just no freezer) grocery store very close and popular bakery just out the door. Parking free overnight on street and cheaper p4 parking nearby during the day. 2 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa.

The property is well kept and in a great location. The apt had all the basic needs for my family and is nicely decorated. It has a lot of space with 2 full bedrooms and a full dining table, kitchen and sofa bed. I was very pleased with it and I felt safe the entire time.

Centrally-located, comfortable apartment

This apartment is super central, down the street from Hallgrimmskirkjan and right next to an amazing bakery, and very comfortable. Gardar was easy to get ahold of and responded quickly to questions. The kitchen wasn't particularly well-equipped and the fridge was a bit wonky, but we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Well-equipped, Comfortable Apartment

Very good location, fairly near to the supermarket and the waterfront. Apartment was really spacious (more than enough space for 6) and was adequately heated. Amenities were well-provisioned too. Apartment does get quite dark at night however, as the lights are pretty dim. Bathroom also has quite a bit of mould on the ceiling. All in all - makes for a comfortable stay in Reykjavik, would recommend.

Dejlig lejlighed i Reykjavik

Rigtig fint sted for en familie på 4 (to voksne/to teenagere). Centralt. Rimelig stille område af byen. En lille smule trafik men ikke noget der generede. Der manglende rengøring ved ankomst - men ved kontakt til hotels.com blev dette hurtigt ordnet.Gode indkøbsmuligheder i nærheden - og god bager lige ved siden af.

The sofa bed was advertised as being able to sleep two people but that was not the case. The piece of the sofa that made it into a bed wasn’t stable. Additionally I reached out to the property regarding a later check out time and they never responded to my email.

위치좋음, 잘 구비 된 아파트

우선 위치가 할그림스키야교회와 가까웠고 바닷가 산책로와도 가까웠습니다. 바로 옆에 맛있는 빵집도 있고 주변에 상가들이 많아 쇼핑하기 좋아요. 아파트는 4명이 자기에 불편함이 없이 컸습니다. 주방도 좋고요. 다만 저희들이 묵었던 곳이 3층이었는데 엘레베이터가 없어서 무거운 캐리어를 들고 오르내리느라 힘들었습니다. 1층이면 아주 좋았을텐데라는 아쉬움이 남네요.

地面樓層隔音不好，屋外走路聲、交談聲都可聽到，房間滿小的，雙人房間無法打開兩個行李箱，鑰匙需要繞到屋外後面的箱子拿取，離逛街、購物、景點很近，免費停車可停到教堂後面，房子旁就是著名的麵包店，會飄來麵包香氣。

The apartment was very clean and warm. Check-in instructions are OK. Location is good, close to Bonus supermarket and shops. The apartment on the ground floor is a bit noisy due to the outside passengers.

入住感觉很一般，但屋主照片真实

酒店在教堂边上，走路3分钟，隔壁是网红涂鸦面包店，面包巨好吃，开出来的热水是硫磺泉，廚房有提供餐具微波爐烤箱，但是设备就一般般，。酒店在一楼，有一半陷进地下室，由于地处闹区，半夜都还有人嬉戏，吵。。暖气很不够，也没地方调。我订的三人入住付了三个人的费用，进屋后有两张舖好的80厘米小床，一张沙发，研究生半天，才撑出一张沙发床，然后还要自己找床单舖床，我就不懂，付三个人的费用，为何还要自己整床？
