Apartment as such good, nothing really to complain about, but some less positive details put the rate down a bit.
Cleaning ok, but some forgotten items from previous guests (a pacifier in the kitchen cabinet as example) decrease the rate.
The drain in the shower was more or less clogged and nothing who held the shower upon the wall.
The flat is situated below ground surface, no issues with that but the entrance with the stairs is really in need for some renovation, actually more or less the whole exterior needs to be renovated.
WiFi stable and very fast, large TV, kitchen equipment ok, everything needed is there, large fridge and excellent induction hob.
Comfortable beds and despite situated next to the street, no disturbing noice in the flat. Parking easy to find for free in the streets near-by. Silent and safe area.
Communication and service from the hosts perfect, a few things was sorted out by phone really fast and efficient and all information was sent in advance with a friendly tone.
Location itself a bit outside the city centre, but walking distance and also public transport possible to use.
All in all price worth stay and if some minor things will be fixed it’s a great place.
