「Die unterkunft war nicht ganz sauber, die wände sind dünn und man hört die zimmernachbarn leider durch. Nino der Zuständige vor ort war super und sehr bemüht. Das war top. "住宿地點很好，櫃檯服務先生女士的服務都超級好，尤其是一開始接待的年輕斯文帥哥 我們房間的咖啡杯杯底看起來有咖啡乾掉的痕跡，可能房務沒注意忘記洗了（後來發現湯匙也沒洗乾淨）,我拿去找帥哥，帥哥馬上處理，過了一些時間，他送到房間，看起來跑了一段距離，看他這麼年輕努力，很謝謝他！ 旅館是兩棟房子併起來的，所以我們房間的動線有點複雜，對於帶著重行李箱的旅客，心裡要有一點點準備！ 其他，都很好！ 房間基本上都很乾淨，老房子的房間本來就小一點，我們房間還有河岸第一排的風景，看著風景吃消夜，真是舒服 還是非常推薦！ 建議，如果介意空間的人，不要選最小的那一間！"
