Many restaurants are in easy walking distance including the 2 restaurants at the Burg Schwarzenstein. The apartment is very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is very pleasant to sit on in and enjoy the view. If it is too cold there is a large window which you can look out from the dining area. ”

“Pros: Viel Platz, sehr gute Küchenausstattung und Gewürze, selbst Öl und Essig war zusätzlich da. Gute Betten und bequeme Sofas, zwei Fernseher. Vermieterin sehr hilfsbereit. Prima renoviert. Prima Ausgangsbasis für Radtouren und Wanderungen im Rheingau und umzu. Räder können im Hof abgestellt werden. Cons: Zur Straße hin morgens recht laut, Durchgangsverkehr. Aber notfalls kann man im Wohnzimmer übernachten, wenn man lärmempfindlich ist.”

“Finger weg! Sowas kann man keine Unterkunft nennen. Vermieter war nirgends zu erreichen. Ständig wurde man zu FeWo weiter geleitet, aber da sollte man anrufen oder Email direkt schreiben. Ich habe mehrere Tage vorher nachgefragt ob eine frühere Anreise möglich sei und ob alles noch passt. Keine Reaktion. Irgendwann hab ich von einer anderen E-Mail alle Daten und Codes für den Check-in bekommen. Als wir ankamen, war zwar der Schlüssel da, aber die Unterkunft in einem schrecklichen Zustand.……

"I had a lovely stay at the Scandic Hotel. My room was clean and spacious with a desk to work on and a very comfy chair to relax and read. I had a great river view room on the 17th floor. The breakfast was welcoming and offered a variety of bread, cold cuts, cheese, fruits, hot food, cereals etc. The hotel was not far from the Frankfurt Stn (6mins)and it was just a couple of streets away from the river. I took leisurely walks by the river daily and crossed many of the bridges. Scandic is a great hotel!"

"Have chosen to stay here when I go through Frankfurt airport. They have friendly staff and nice amenities. There are restaurants nearby and a Rewe supermarket that opens from 7AM to 10PM. I was just there on 3/19 for my 3/20 morning flight. It's a shame they do not have the airport shuttle service now. "
