"On arrival we had to check in at the sister property down the hill. At check in they were unable to find our booking and we’re not expecting us, they did provide us with a room but we had to wait for it to be cleaned. There were dustpans & brushes left on the landing, room was reasonably clean but tired, breakfast was an extra €7 each at the sister property down the street and was good value. The bar was not open. Quiet setting & good recommendation for evening food at nearby Italian Remos. ...

"The room itself was OK, and the "hotel" was not so difficult to find. The problem was access. I got a message in German, but not being German it was not of any help. I could see a code on it, I guess to access the hotel, but it did not work. I called for help, and the phone was answered and was manager was helpful. I was able to get into the building. Then I could not access the room. The message received only had one code. I was advised that they would send me a code to access the room,...

"Very good stay. Extremely clean. Comfortable bed with nice bed linen. Only one small negative that there was a coffee maker but no cups or coffee! Would stay again. "
