The hotel has a beautiful view of the Hudson River. Snacks and beverages available. Very clean. And, most importantly, very proactive and helpful when my husband left his iPad behind.

Our stay was fantastic. Well, the end was not yet completely renovated, and we only had access to our room, and not common spaces, the room was clean, good sized, and a fantastic balcony view of sunsets over the Hudson River.

The hotel is beautiful - gorgeous old building with tasteful flowers and trees around it. The room was specious with high ceilings and a lovely view of the Hudson River with some historic buildings on the Kingston side visible. We had a great stay. I would highly recommend it!

We absolutely loved our stay here. We had a simple yet tasteful room directly overlooking the Hudson. It was very comfortable and served us well for our stay. Easy check in and great communication from the hosts. And you can’t beat the location and the view! The property is in the process of being restored and we cannot wait to come back and see it in its full glory.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. They view of the Hudson was spectacular. We didn't even mind the train going by. The bed was comphy. I did not think we would use the hot tub, but we did and it was a nice extra. The complementary coffee and water were a plus, and appreciated that everything was restocked. The check in process was easy. The only complaint was the rain showerhead was too large for the shower. There was no getting away from it. We will definitely return when in the area again.

The room, the tub and the view was wonderful. Very comfortable stay. We loved the little balcony where we could have breakfast. The little lobby right downstairs provided coffee, tea, some snacks and drinks in the fridge. The small fridge was convenient to store ice packs and some small items you may have.

The place is charming. The rooms are clean and spacious. The management is extremely helpful. The only thing I didn’t like is that I had to keep my windows closed all night bc of the loud trains coming in at all hours, right behind the hotel. We were provided with ear plugs but still.

Wonderful property at a great location. Room is big and the balcony is incredible. Bathtub was great as well. Hotel is in the middle of sprucing themselves up and the staff, afaik, is just the owner and her son. For how few people manage, details and service are incredible. Few things to critique, is that there's no fridge in the room I stayed in and walls can be a bit thin.

Lovely property maintained beautifully. The room has a balcony overlooking the Hudson. I could have spent the rest of the summer there just gazing out at the water, the hills, the sky. The very deep, generous, oval tub is another feature to be enjoyed. I really recommend this place if you want to stay somewhere that's not a cookie cutter copy of many other corporate hotel destinations.

We ended up having an issue with the booking for this hotel, but the owner was amazing and went above and beyond to help remedy the situation. The service and courtesy we received were truly incredible. Looking forward to our next time in the area to stay here.
