The staff was very friendly Hotel room was clean except for bathroom there was some hair in tub. Bathroom was very small no counter to put overnight bags or clothes to change into after showering. Outlet for blow dryer was over the toilet. The faucet pressure was to high every time water was turned on it sprayed you. The beds were comfy.

I booked a room that literally said "pet friendly" in the title. The morning we checked out, the desk guy said we have to pay a $250 service fee for having pets - even though we BOOKED a pet friendly room. It's his fault for not paying attention but I am the one that has to pay for it. Absolutely unacceptable.

The hotel is nothing like you see in the pictures. The hallways smelled bad. Breakfast is all hard to eat. And my shower drain was clogged but they would not send a plumber to put a snake in.

Staff was responsive and helpful. Breakfast was good with hot and cold food choices. The location was also good. The property is old but updated the best they can. The walls are thin at it was a bit noisy. Beautiful lobby and breakfast area. Nice pool with hot tub!
