ORV Trails nice and close!

Used the cabin as a place to stay for a bunch of friends. Conveniently close to all of the ORV trails and big kitchen for cooking. Game room and movie theater were awesome. Rooms and bathrooms clean and spacious. Fire pit was massive and the lake was beautiful. Awesome stay!

Perfect for our families

We loved how closely the online pictures represented reality. In fact, it felt even bigger when we arrived. Kids and adults all fit comfortably in the large bedrooms and family areas. We had bad weather, and the house was perfect for all of us to be stuck inside. Loved it.

Excellent experience

We stayed in the lodge over Thanksgiving, the lodge is absolutely beautiful. Lots of space and very well designed for multiple families. Kitchen fully equipped, very nice game room and TV room, living room space has plenty of couches. Upstairs joined good size bedrooms that can be locked. The property is right on the lake with beautiful views, even though lake was frozen we still enjoyed the views. Definitely recommend this property ! Vacasa customer service is amazing and very helpful!

Beautiful cabin

This cabin was absolutely wonderful for our large group. There was plenty of different areas for everyone to spread out and no one felt crowded. The cabin was very clean. The only negatives were the mattresses. Our mattress was very lumpy especially near the edges and the carpet inside the entrance of our room smelled odd. These are minor issues. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic property for large family vacation.

Quiet location. Number of bedrooms & bathrooms. Amount of indoor space, outdoor activity space, beach and kids-depth sandy bottom lakefront, boat docks and provided canoe & rowboat. We have hosted 7 family vacations since 2013, and this was the one of best overall properties.

Special Family Time

We have siblings from three different states and all met at Whispering Pines to spend a few days together. Our time spent around the long table was priceless. Playing games and eating together. Singing Praises and Dad reading to us from the Bible. Just like old times when we were children.

The Lake Escape 2017

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were so happy with our stay at Whispering Pines Lodge with our family. The location was great, not to far from town. It is a fantastic place. Beautifully furnished inside and out. Had everything you could want, all top quality. The yard had swing set and great fire pit , which we enjoyed each evening. The owner always was quick to help if we needed something or had questions. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to come to Eagle River. It was way more wonderful than what we expected.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a week at Whispering Pines Lodge in October 2017. We hosted a simple wedding ceremony there for our daughter and son in law. The house is in beautiful, like new condition. When we arrived the place was very clean and all was in order. The Manager stayed in touch throughout our week and made sure we didn't have any issues. Their maintenance man stopped by to clean the hot tub every other day or so. All members of our family were very pleased with the stay. It is unusual to find a place that can sleep so many people in one house and at such a luxurious level. The kitchen as also well outfitted with refrigeration, cooking tools, dishes, etc. One recommendation though: If you like to cook as we do be sure to bring your own kitchen knives. The set that is there is unusable. We had to have a late arrival bring a full set. That is a small issue though, overall our stay at Whispering Pines was exceptional and family members were asking about booking again next year!

Beautiful & Spacious!

What you see in the photos is exactly what you get when you arrive. We had 20 adults and one toddler and at no time did it even seem like there were a lot of people there. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, well appointed with enough toiletries and paper products to get you though several days. The kitchen was the star of the week, with two large sinks, two dishwashers, two stoves/ovens, more than five coffee pots, two microwaves and a pantry with more counter space as well as two more huge refrigerators and two washers and dryers! The management company was super attentive to every question and issue and I had the utmost confidence that any problem that may have come up would have been taken care of expeditiously. Every family member that stayed with us gives it a 10/10 recommendation!

This place was AMAZING!!

There was a group of 18 in my party and there was so much space! This place was so gorgeous and such a great destination to spend time and celebrate together! While we did not have kids in this group it was such a kid friendly place as well everyone said they would do a family vacation or reunion here as well!!

Wonderful!!

This property was amazing and Accommodated me and my family. The beds were extremely comfortable and the view was amazing. I would definitely stay here again. The only reason I didn’t give 5stars was because we were expecting a hot tub since we read it in the reviews and saw it on the virtual tour. Other than that this is a must stay!!! What are you waiting for??

Wedding Weekend

Place could not have been any more perfect! In fact, I don't really want to write this because I want to have another weekend up north and I want it to be available! Everyone had space, they were really fun things to do, the lake was beautiful, the extra refrigerator held all the food we brought, it really was amazing.

Family Reunion

The house with all the amenities was beautiful. We had 7 kids and teens and 21 adults who had lots to do. They especially liked swimming at the small beach, riding the swing, fishing, and the game and movie room. We watched old family movies and laughed throughout the CD. The fire pit was a big draw. We loved it. On our second of five days, there was a major storm that knocked out the power and bathrooms. We had two adults on C-Paks with no electricity and we’re not able to sleep. Due to no power and no bathrooms, we were forced to leave on Tuesday cutting our stay short 2-3 days. Everyone was disappointed.
