“Great stay!”

“Ray to book . The small crafted tiny house is in a great location . A small Beach at the bay around the corner.I selected for access to see my sister who was one street down.I travel with my emotional support animal, my husband.I stayed downstairs with my dog. For people traveling with children or a couple there’s plenty of room in the upper level. It is clearly stated, the owner’s description about the ladder leading UpstairsWe knew that going in so we utilize the downstairs space as……

“My family & I travel a lot & heave experienced all kinds of accommodations. This property (A Summer Place) was by far the most amazing, relaxing, unique, & memorable. It felt like the vacation home we’ve always wanted, not just a rental. It was hard leaving every morning to venture into town for sight seeing… & we looked forward to getting back home to enjoy our family time there every time we did. The views… by far better than the pictures! It’s literally surrounded by the scenic lake from……

“I liked everything.”

“The cottage had it all! The attention to detail was incredible from the water already in the coffee maker to poopourri on the tank of the toilet. Spotlessly clean and decorating beautifully. Cozy, quaint, comfortable. I could have stayed and watched the birds at the bird feeders forever! The photos do not reflect the serenity and special touches everywhere.”

“Wonderful charming stay! Could not have been nicer!”

“The host was nice. The home was very clean.”

“Very clean and very quiet”

“Loved everything about our stay - all was exactly as advertised, if not even better. Perfect amount of space for our family of four. Great location. Host was kind and helpful. 100% looking forward to staying here again.”

“Quiet, peaceful area. Walking distance to beach. Not ideal for toddlers who need a bathroom. None available. Did not know in advance. Well stocked kitchen. Master room had a comfortable bed. Love that there’s an outdoor shower. Three tvs- Wow! Like the patio minus the flora which falls on the furniture and gets in way of seated people.Well stocked games. AC available in all rooms ; however extremely noisy.”

“Very happy with our stay. Spoke with the host prior to our visit and she answered all my questions. I brought my own coffee maker because I prefer it over the supplied Kureg. There is a BBQ grill, but you might want to bring BBQ tools. Quick walk to the beach or into town to places like Flo's restaurant.”

“Good”

“My family and I had an amazing time at the cottage. The host was very communicative and responsive. The cottage was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our stay in Charlestown.”

“Could not have been any better! Great hosts, wonderful accommodations, lots of little extras that came in very handy, very fair price. In a word, OUTSTANDING!”

“Nice, clean and peaceful place to stay.”

“The property was very clean and great location. There were not water views. Overall, a great choice! Would stay again.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here! We greatly appreciated the space the home and property had for our family and dogs. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was spacious, and it was a great location.”

“Great view with several seating options outside & loved the recliners inside looking out through the big windows. Everything was clean & the host was very easy to reach before, during & after our stay.”
