「Staff was great. Room was nice and neat. Location was perfect. Walking distance, if you don’t mind a good walk, to the beach. Also a couple places to eat within walking distance. Not too busy around hotel. Parking lot is small but there was a business next door that was shut down so parked there with no issues. No ice machine but bar staff had no issues filling up the ice bin. In our room the a/c unit was above the bed and blew on us all night. That was a little challenging to regulate. Overall...

「Could not order an $18 omelette though I prepaid $23 breakfast. Could only order the $8 and $10 dollar options. Could not get a refund in that. Gym has no towels. No water. Empty fruit bowl. Check in staff rude. Restaurant terrible. My advice…. Don’t bother. Horrible treatment. Pic of my medium rare steak.」

「A very convenient place to stay, especially close to Brown University, making it easy to walk to campus. Parking, however, is not very convenient — you have to park in the public lot across the street, and the parking fees there are quite expensive.」
