「The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was warm and inviting yet elegant. It was walking distance to all of the downtown activities that we enjoy and also to the Cliffwalk. We enjoyed everything about our stay! We will definitely visit again! 」

「First, the staff here are excellent. Really helpful and kind and friendly. From the front desk to the restaurant to the housekeeping staff. They were all wonderful.
The decor is nice, the grounds are well kept, the location is great.
The only fault (and I get that this is a big one) was that there is a deep musty odor in the rooms. After a while you get used to it, but it seems like there is something going on that the company needs to address.
This isn't something that the staff onsite...

「Staying at The Chanler,once again,did not disappoint. once you cross the threshold, you are transported into a whimsical magical experience. The new decor, is dramatic ,alluring, and eclectic. But it will not fail to Wow you! The staff is once again absolutely amazing. They are efficient, engaging, and go out of the way to make you feel special and welcomed.
