It is an apartment (studio) of 30 m2 located on the fourth floor, with a very beautiful view of the sea. The apartment is composed of a bedroom, a kitchen, and the toilet.
The building does not have a lift.
The apartment is located in the center of the city. Visitors can visit the city without having to rent a car.
The neighborhood in which the apartment is located, is very beautiful and very touristy. In the surrounding streets, there are many hotels, restaurants, bars, etc ... There are many people in the neighborhood during the summer, especially tourists. The area is very quiet during the day and very noisy during the night, because of the bars in the neighboring streets.
