We had a wonderful family holiday and would happily return. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, greeting us with a drink at check-in and offering to help with our luggage.
Our family room was spacious, with a divider separating the double bed area from the children's beds. Although fairly basic, it had everything we needed, and a large bottle of water was replenished in the fridge daily.
The food was excellent for an all-inclusive resort. Lunch options between the main restaurant and Pool House were plentiful, with the chicken gyros, grilled pork and burgers being particular highlights. Dinner offered plenty of choice for adults and children, including vegetarian options. We also visited the Italian, Mediterranean and Polynesian restaurants, all of which were fantastic.
The animation team really made our stay special. They were friendly, always happy to chat, recommend places to visit and put on enjoyable evening entertainment. We also loved the morning water gym sessions.
The gym was exceptionally well equipped for a hotel, with free weights, treadmills, spin bikes and weight machines.
The pools were the standout feature. With five pools, water slides suitable for both adults and children, plus a lazy river, there was something for everyone.
Our only minor criticism would be the cocktails, which we found a little sweet and basic, with some classics such as mojitos available at an extra cost.
Overall, a fantastic family holiday.
