Very dated hotel , the rooms could do with a refurb , you get 1 change of bedding & towels in 10 days . Only 1 toilet roll supplied after that had to buy our own . 20euros a day if you want air con. Hotels in a great location but the owners could do a lot more for guests .

Perfect stay

The pool and pool bar is just fabulous as is the location of the property. Great choice of snacks , coffees and cocktails. Also great music on all day. Pool is huge for the accommodation. We loved our stay here. The room was basic but exactly what we expected, and it was poolside, so just perfect. Few issues with the AC as the remote was missing but Paul got it working. Supermarket opposite had everything you need. The bar and restaurant at the entrance to property is amazing too, very popular, great cocktails too.

The owners/managers are onsite everyday and are happy to spend time chatting. It's a very social atmosphere with everything taking place in the snack bar which is right next to the pool. There is a cleaner on-site most days to clean vacated rooms and the site is maintained very nicely. Being totally self catering, room cleanliness is down to the occupants, the cleaner will only go into the room once a week. The pool is big enough to not be overcrowded. Breakables are not allowed around the pool area, understandably, however any drinks served by the snack bar so be in appropriate containers Nothing to do with this property specifically, but people should be aware that the tap water on Rhodes is not safe to drink. You can however buy 6 litres of bottled from the snack bar for 3€. Shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. There are plenty of ATMs in close proximity however during check-in we were told to use the only one in town provided by a bank because their access fee was much less than the other atms. Had a great stay at Coliseum Studios & Apartments and would definitely stay there again! Thanks to Paul, Niko, Diane, Diego and the other staff for making the stay very pleasurable!

Hôtel bien placé entre lardos et lindos. L'hôtel possède une très agréable piscine. Grande chambre mais dommage la clim est payante. doté d'une baie vitrée et petit balcon, mobilier vintage.

Brilliant bargain

this was lovely!! What a great bargain for such a lovely place. We had the lovely 2 bedroomed apartments with a balcony that wrapped around both bedrooms! Wonderful sea views aswell. Rooms were wonderfully clean and the staff were always friendly and helpful with everything you needed. Location couldn't be more perfect you simply walk out of the main gate and you step foot on to the main street! Nothing more ideal for us. Would highly recommend to all young couples looking to explore a new holiday destination yet still perfect for a family getaway! Thanks collesium!
