No reception and no instruction at rooms on how to book in, the taxi driver made enquiries at the bar. There's a reason why no photos of the balcony as the view was of a wall. Good size though. Mosquito screen on patio doors looked like they had been chewed through at the bottom. Rat trap seen being put out outside of balcony. Room service consisted of daily cleaning but no do not disturb sign and no particular time for room cleaning. Only espresso size cups for hot drinks. No phone in room but number available to call. Bathroom nice. Beds fairly comfortable and good air conditioning. No check out instructions and left key with housekeeping. Safe available and would suggest it is used for any valuables!!! Limited breakfast choices in bar. Lovely beach and sunbed facilities with bar and food facilities. Staff in bar restaurant were friendly. Nice position in Faliraki with amenities in walkable distance. Generally quite until the bar and beach facilities were booked out for the day for a party on the beach and being a hotel guest didn't guarantee you a sunbed. Fair price for sunbed hire, seemed to be cheapest on the beach.

Lovely small “apartment” more a room with fridge but very clean spacious and on the beach. Loved our stay there, would definitely come back. Good value for money if you like easy stay and freedom to come and go.

Fantastic stay at Galazio! Wonderful rooms right on the beach. Faliraki strip is only a 10 minute walk away. Great location and lovely staff. The management were very friendly and helpful - even taught us some Greek greetings. Would definitely stay again! Thank you very much :)

Hiden silent place for rest

We are satisfied with cleanliness as the room was cleaned every day, towels are changed every day. Site is at silent place what provide full rest over day and night.The only complaint is about the Galazio Beach bar which has unrealistically high food and drink prices (compared to restorans in Faliraki or nearby excellent Beach taverna Kastri).

We really loved the hotel, the beach and the area around. Everything was perfect. They clean the room every day. The room is so spacious and direct on the sea. Around 2 min to reach the sea. Also, the owner was so helpful, she allowed us to check out later. We will definitely go again to galazio rooms 😍

Lovely property, well priced. All amenities available. Beach 1 minute walk away… fridge wit small freezer in room which is a life saver in the Rhodes heat. Crisp bedsheets and blankets. Amazing aircon. Definitely upgrade to a sea front room as the back rooms face a wall. Restaurant and sea 1 minute walk. Water is shallow and clear! Lots of beach chairs available. Restaurant has nice food, and great cocktails. The chips (fries) are a highlight. Easy check in and check out process. You can park your hire car outside or get the bus into Rhodes town or central faliraki. Easy to get about. Kiosk is 1m walk away and sells everything… lots of food places within a 10min walk. Very comfortable accommodation. Housekeeping very efficient and she comes everyday! Drying rack on balcony to hang clothes. Full size wardrobe and lots of drawers! Only drawback is the shower overflows on the ground causing water to get her on the bathroom floor so don’t run the shower too intensely or you may flood it. Would stay again in a heartbeat. You won’t be disappointed!

Great beach. Roomy rooms.

Great place to stay to be very close to the beach, with a beach front restaurant that will also serve you at your umbrella/ lounger on the sand. Gets busy but easy to get a spot by noon reserved for the day - just leave your towel. Staff are friendly and helpful for the most part, though I heard pretty girls might get better service. Need to bring your own towels for the beach. Rooms are clean and larger than expected. Only have fridge and kettle. Hair dryer is too hot so bring your own 220 v compatible or with a converter for 110 for North American single voltage units. Get a taxi app for ordering taxis - staff will do it at restaurant but more convenient through app. Busy fun area too far to walk in Faliraki. “Welcome” app worked well. Always confirm cost before you drive away. No meters. If you don’t see price up front it could be very high. If they try to charge you a crazy amount argue back (best to know approx value so argument is credible). A driver tried to charge me €90 for a ride that should have been €40 or €45. I ended up at 60€ but should have paid less. Had a great time! I would recommend this property.

The best hotel we visited in Rhodes

We spent here 2 nights, but it was the best hotel during our stay in Rhodes. It is a little bit far away from the city centre of Faliraki, but we had a rented car, so no problem for us. And a far away I mean maybe 15-20 minutes by walk. But the hotel was perfect - it looks like a new building from outside, in Greece typical colors with garden. And the room was super clean, mattresses comfortable, LED lights, and very clean modern bathroom. So pleasure to stay here. I can recommend this hotel to everyone.

Overrated pension

WARNING! This is a review for Galazio Beach Hotel, not for the beach or restaurant. There is a confusion between hotel and beach because they have the same name. In the internet, most of the reviews belong the beach not to the hotel. Hotel and beach are totally different units. This is not a hotel but a pension with 10 rooms. Except %10 discount in the restaurant/beach, there is no advantage in staying in the hotel. You pay for everything at the beach including sun-beds. Therefore, ignore all the photos and reviews for the beach and food listed anywhere that says Galazio Beach because they are not included with the hotel price. Hotel is right by the motorway. Therefore, rooms facing the motorway is extremely noisy. You cant imagine the noise if your balcony door is open in the day or night. Noise isolation between rooms is also very poor. Furthermore, we were exposed to all the noise that came from next room and the corridor. Bathroom is very small. WiFi is extremely poor. There is barely a internet connection. Internet connection works only for %20-30 of the time. The good side of the hotel: the cleaning is good and there is a refrigerator in the room.

Schone kamer, schone accomodatie, vlak bij het strand. Dame die schoonhoudt is vriendelijk. Check in bij bijbehorend restaurant, dat was bij aankomst wat onduidelijk. Dat restaurant is zeer smaakvol ingericht. De ligbedden op het strand zijn prima. E20,- voor 2 is kennelijk de prijs in deze omgeving. In het restaurant goed de rekening checken, want sommige obers zijn ‘creatief’ met de prijzen.
