This resort is as good or better than advertised. Our room was impeccable. The private pool, although not a must, was super convenient. The water is on the cool side, so be ready for a true refreshing plunge. The private beach is super quiet and welcoming. The pebble beach was unique to us but we really enjoyed it. We took the package for breakfast meals included. I highly recommend. Although a buffet style, please remove any pre conceived ideas. Not a normal choice of ours, but this is truly the exception. Food was delicious, plentiful and huge variety…Service was spot on. Ambience was awesome with open windows for the cool breeze off the Mediterranean while enjoying the sun. Sit outside. No matter where you are on the resort, a drink, snack or meal is not far away. Staff is amazingly friendly. We will return.

The hotel was overall good, tasty food and quality cleaning. What was a big minus of the stay was the reception service and constant reminders to replenish missing items (e.g. minibar). We would not repeat the stay, the price/quality ratio does not match compared to other 5* resorts.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and found the hotel to offer very good value for money. It is located quite far south on Rhodos in a calm area, ideal for a relaxing holiday, although rather remote for exploring the island. The hotel is modern, spacious and very clean, with several large pools, a bright lobby and a good variety of restaurants. Our room was spacious and comfortable, but lacked sufficient closets and storage space for three people staying for a week. Breakfast offered a very good selection, and the live piano music was a lovely touch. Food quality overall was average: noticeably better in the à la carte restaurants, but unfortunately quite poor at the pool and beach areas. The quality of the evening entertainment was also somewhat inconsistent. The biggest strength of the hotel is its staff. Housekeeping, Kids Club and reception were consistently friendly and professional. Our daughter became ill during our stay, and the reception team and hotel management were exceptionally supportive, regularly asking about her condition and helping to organize special food for her. We greatly appreciated their genuine care and flexibility. Despite a few weaknesses, a very good family hotel with outstanding service.
