Stunning villa

We had the most perfect, much needed relaxing family holiday in this stunning villa. Everything throughout this property was modern and everything well thought out to make it such a fantastic holiday, the cleanliness and maintenance of this villa were fantastic. Whilst we had our stay in the villa we got the pleasure of meeting with the hosts Christoph and Kathrin who are lovely people and always on hand to help with anything. We would definitely recommend to family and friends and hope to come back again to visit.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Haus! Alles war sehr gepflegt und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt – an alles, was man braucht, wurde gedacht. Die eindrucksvollen Wanderungen in der Umgebung haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Besonders bedanken möchten wir uns für die liebevolle Betreuung und den aufmerksamen Kontakt! Ein toller Gastgeber, bei dem man sich wirklich gut aufgehoben fühlt! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und hoffen sehr, bald wiederkommen zu dürfen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Haus und Host top, super Urlaub!

Christoph ist ein super Gastgeber. Vom Zeitpunkt der Buchung bis zur Heimreise wurden wir bestens durch ihn betreut. Kommunikation mit ihm war immer schnell und problemlos, er hatte jede Menge super Tipps und Empfehlungen für uns! Das Haus ist für uns (5 köpfige Familie) perfekt gewesen, super und vor allem gut durchdacht ausgestattetet (Waschmaschine und zusätzlicher Kühlschrank im Gartenhaus, Föhn, Spülmaschine usw), der beheizte Pool war da ein Bonus, den wir alle sehr genossen haben. Das Haus ist außerhalb der Tourismus-Hochburgen für alle die einen individuellen Urlaub genießen wollen, genau die richtige Adresse. Mietwagen ist zu empfehlen. Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Urlaub im Olive Tree House und kommen gerne wieder!

Fantastic stay

Villa is the same as on the photos. Location is nice, close to sea with the view, very quite neighborhood. Full equipped kitchen, conditioner in every room, beautifully designed territory and pool. The owner remained in touch throughout whole stay. We are completely in love and looking forward to coming back again!

Wunderschöne und moderne Villa mit umfassender Ausstattung in toller Lage

Das Haus liegt in Gennadi, eine kleine Stadt außerhalb der typischen Tourismushochburgen und ist nur unweit vom Meer entfernt (3-5 Minuten zu Fuß). Die Villa ist sehr modern eingerichtet und lässt in Sachen Ausstattung keinerlei Wünsche übrig. Der neu angelegte Pool rundet das Gesamtpaket perfekt ab. Auch die Sauberkeit muss hierbei positiv hervorgehoben werden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief unkompliziert und schnell ab. Auf Wünsche, Fragen und Anmerkungen unsererseits wurde vom Vermieter stets gerne eingegangen. Alles in Allem ist dieses Haus ein Traum für jeden Urlauber, welcher nicht in den Tourismushochburgen hausen möchte und die Vorzüge einer außerordentlich schönen und modernen Villa genießen möchte. Wir können das Haus auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen und werden gerne wiederkommen.
