Good but picture did not represent . . .
One of the things we look for when staying in an apartment is a couch to sit on. I don't like a hotel for longer than 2 nights because we don't enjoy sitting on the bed to watch TV after a day out and about exploring. unfortunately, when we arrived we found a bed in the living room and not a couch like in the pictures of the apartment.Everything about the bathroom was great -except there was only 1 towel bar/hook. MORE hooks/bars are needed in bathrooms - we find this in about 95% of European apartments though . . . I always wonder if in the owners own home this is what they have as well. Another issue was there was no shelf in the shower so your shampoo/conditioner and soap had to sit on the floor - again not ideal. would have been nice for a 'welcome' book or instructions about how to get hot water when the solar water isn't hot enough . . . we had to contact the hostess. anytime we have to contact the host for something it takes away the 'ease' I expect to have with my experience. a normal toaster would be better than the 'george foreman' style toaster/grill would be better for toasting bread.the parking in the area is VERY challenging- be prepared to walk a few blocks to the apartment.location was great, good for walking to restaurants and lounges to enjoy the great Greek food and drinks!on the whole we enjoyed our stay . . . just a few things for the hostess to consider to make it excellent.
