guaranteeing optimal comfort throughout your stay. The ground floor features a
dedicated toilet and a fully equipped laundry room, complete with ironing
facilities for added convenience. An airy open-plan living room seamlessly
transitions into a sleek Scavolini kitchen, boasting contemporary appliances

afternoon drink on the bar stools, leather sofas and armchairs invite
relaxation. A private garage within the villa premises accommodates two cars,
with extra parking available outside with EV Charger for cars.
