  • De Calme Villa is a property with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, an amazing brand new pool with a perfect outside dining area with BBQ facilities.In just 1.5 km from the center of Pastida Village in a great Georgafical Location,less than 10 minutes from the airport ,15 minutes from Rhodes Town,15 minutes from Faliraki.
    Our new Luxury Villa of 120 m2 provides luxurious and comfortable accommodation for families, couples or groups of friends. It is highly functional and offers all the necessary facilities and modern amenities for a pleasant, relaxing and memorable stay. It consists of 3 bedrooms which host up to 7 people, 3 bathrooms, a separate big kitchen area and a large living room and dining area with a plasma tv and wifi in every part of the villa. Every room leads to balconies and/or terrace with a panoramic and uninterrupted view to the garden.
    The Villa is surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden with a brand new 8x4m private swimming pool, sunbeds, parasols, sun deck, and all outdoor amenities .Next to the pool there is a BBQ with a separate traditional-style oven and a dinaing area for 12 people. All the above offer complete privacy, away from prying eyes, since the entire Villa is fenced.
    Villa De Calme, guarantees that your holidays in beautiful Rhodes will surely be an unforgettable experience leaving you only with a wish to come back for more.
    The location of the villa is ideal for those who want to explore Rhodes even without a car. The distance from Pastida village and the bus station is just 1.5 km and you will be in Rhodes or in Falisraki Town in a 15 minutes’ drive.

Excellent Property!

We had a great stay. The villa is very clean and well equipped, has everything you need! Pool and outside eating area is spacious and made the holiday! Great communication with the hosts and nothing was too much trouble. They arranged 2 cots and highchairs for us and were always on hand to help. Great location, on 15 minutes from the airport, town and lots of things to do. As others said, there was homemade Moussaka on arrival as well as water, cheese and a few other bits in the fridge. Would definitely recommend!

Die Villa ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. In allen Zimmern sind Klimaanlagen und genügend Platz. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen. Mit dem Auto ist alles aber in 15-20 min erreichbar. Kleinigkeiten bekommt man aber auch innerhalb des Ortes in wenigen Minuten. Kommunikation war jederzeit sehr nett, zügig sowie aufmerksam.

Stunning place

Photos really don’t do this place justice. It was absolutely perfect for our family’s. There was 10 of us in total and all fitted in the pool with our floats. The villa was spacious and not once did we feel crowded. The place was spotless with a very well equipped kitchen. There is a little village about 20-30 min walk where there is a few restaurants and shops. A car rental was very much needed but surprisingly really cheap. Any issues we came across were dealt with very quickly. Thank you for a truly wonderful stay.

Beautiful villa

A beautiful, spacious and well equipped villa. On arrival, the host family (who live in the neighbouring property) were there to greet us and made a home made Moussaka! What a lovely touch! We stayed for 11 nights and had an amazing time! The location of the villa is quite remote but so peaceful! You will need a car to get about. The villa itself is lovely. So spacious and very well equipped. I feel that the photos don’t do it justice. We will definitely return to this wonderful villa!!

Absolutely amazing villa, nice and secluded, quiet, very clean and immaculate. The owners are brilliant and respond quickly to any questions you may have. We would 100% come back to the villa again. The pool area is amazing with plenty of shaded areas and the pool itself is clean and warm. The kitchen has everything you need with a very large American style fridge freezer. There is air-con in every room and each room has really nice en-suites. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners as well. Amazing homemade moussaka on arrival as well!!. We have stayed in a lot of villas and this was certainly up there with the best. It's actually a very central location so easy access to most areas of the island and a great little village locally in Pastida which has some great little restaurants.

Amazing holiday!

We all really enjoyed our stay at Villa de Calme. It was beautiful, clean & very well equipped. The outdoor space was perfect for our family group of 10 adults & 2 teenagers. We particularly enjoyed the pool & outdoor kitchen. We were greeted warmly & given a very tasty Moussaka on our first night. Our host was quick to respond to any questions & provided us with lots of information. Pastida was an interesting place with quite a few bars, tavernas & shops including one that sold amazing ice creams & cakes. Although Pastida was within walking distance, it was useful to have a car to get around & explore the rest of the island. Rhodes old town was lovely & so were Lindos & Symi. We would love to return to see more of Rhodes.

Great Villa & fabulous hosts!

Just come home from a week at Villa de Calme. The Villa is located 10/15 mins walk outside Pastida which is a lovely small quiet town with a few coffee bars, restaurants and shops. We were there as 2 families of 4 adults and 7 children, the ice cream shop / confectionary (Mela Karamela Μέλα Καραμέλα) was a particular highlight and their ice creams were amazing! The Villa is great with plenty of room and well equipped, very clean, aircon in every room and lots of space outside and around the Villa for the kids to explore. The pool and seating area is also great and a lovely space to enjoy. The hosts Valantis and his family are amazing and really looked after us. Even though they live next door you only really see them if you need something which is perfect. They made us a lovely meal on arrival and ran us to the shops a couple of times, so very helpful and generous! We didn’t hire a car for the whole week but wish we had. Thank-you Valantis for a lovely week and we hope to see you again one day.

Hope to visit again!

Wonderful hosts, the owners greeted us with a delicious home-made mousaka on arrival - a lovely touch which meant we didn’t need to worry about cooking after a day of travelling. The property is clean, spacious and comfortable. It’s in a quiet location despite being only 15 minutes from the airport. The village of Pastida, 20 min walk from the villa, has all the essentials as well as a few traditional Greek tavernas (we enjoyed a meal at Skalakia Taverna) and a confectionary shop selling a wide selection of ice cream and baklava. Recommend hiring a car if you stay here and want to go see the sights, but it is ideally situated for venturing both north to Rhodes old town and south to Lindos and Prasonisi beach. The Bee Museum is a 5 min drive away with a very well priced gift shop for honey-based souvenirs. The village of Stegna with its beachside seafood restaurants is a great option for a quiet midweek evening meal and is on the way back from Lindos. There is so much to do and see on Rhodes but we also loved cooling off in the tranquil garden/pool of Villa De Calme during the hottest parts of the day and making use of the barbecue and outdoor dining in the evenings. We had a wonderful time and are already thinking about returning to this property again to see the bits of Rhodes that we didn’t manage to visit this time.

super schönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Dem Haus fehlt es an keiner Ausstattung. Schneller und unkomplizierter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Auf Sonderwünsche wurde immer schnell eingegangen. Das Haus ist zwar etwas abgelegen, aber schön ruhig für Familien mit Kindern.
