「Beds not made every day, towels every other day. No one at counter when I left if I had a question. Curtains didn't close all the way so I was awakened with the sun. Greeted properly when I arrived.」

「早餐太简单 而且每天都一样」

「good」

「The room was clean, the bed was surprisingly comfortable, even the pull out bed from the couch. Breakfast was alright the day I had it, but it could have been served earlier.」

「Breakfast and staff」

「房间狭小 ， 比较旧。」

「Not that great as described.」

「房間老舊，地毯髒。我的房間滿是煙味，跟櫃台反應，只派人來噴一噴。沒什麼用，在這裡忍受了兩天，是我這幾年來最差的一次住宿經驗。」

「Room smelled like it was smoked in before but that’s not the hotels fault. Staff was very helpful and kind, but not quite as clean as we might have hoped, not bad tho」

「Room was very clean, bed was comfortable (pillows were small for a king size bed but ok for a one night stay) very close to our destination which was Lake Hickory Haunts. Temperature in the room was great, didn’t even touch the thermostat from the time we checked in until we left.」

「Our room was infested with ants. Staff completely dismissive of problem. Sprayed for ants with children in room. Was told not to expect a refund. Will never return again!」

「Very clean. Functional, clean well designed bathroom. Friendly happy helpful staff.」

「I reserved at $87.15 which included taxes, but they charged my credit card $104.50.I reserved a nonsmoking king. I walked into a room that reeked of smoke. Bedspread had numerous burn holes. Bathroom fixtures had cigarette damage. Bathroom floor was wet. Bathroom mirror was so broken that only about 3/4 of it was still there.」

「I booked the room online for 2 nights but didn't stay even 1 night because the room was dirty, dark, gloomy, small, claustrophobic, unwelcoming, uncomfortable, did not look like the pictures online, and there were a lot of drunk people right outside the room drinking & partying very loudly. I told the staff about the drinking and loud partying and they did nothing about it. Stay away from this hotel. Do not stay at this hotel.」
