Amazing experience!

Absolute gem

We came with a group of 12 of us and this was absolutely perfect. Lots of space to spread out, so well thought out, and absolutely beautiful next to the river.

Amazing Location

House was very clean and welcoming. Property is right up against the Sandy River. Super quiet neighborhood plenty of parking, even though there are houses close by we felt very secluded. You can tell the owners take pride in their home. It was very clean and the furnishing’s were great quality. Every year we venture up towards Mount Hood to get away from fireworks because our dogs are deathly afraid. The dogs were so relaxed there that the two big firework booms we did hear they didn’t react to. It was so nice to open the windows of the bedroom and fall asleep to the sound of the river. Definitely recommend this house and we plan on booking it again!

Great home but very poor experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was in great shape and mostly as advertised. However, the first night at 2am the fire alarm went off. This les to firefighters coming to the house. The firefighters sounded annoyed because they had been out to the house several times for false alarms. It appears that the alarm was tripped for some unknown reason to us but this had happened several times before. This led to smoke detectors going off the whole night. I called the 24-7 maintenance line twice and left a voicemails, nobody returned my call ever. The property manager was more concerned about the owner saying the alarm was offline than trying to fix our wifi issue. Very poor service overall. Long story short we were without wifi for our whole stay and at no point did the property owner send someone out to try to fix it.
