Ría Celestún Biosphere Reserve

The place is great and property very clean . My only down fall is that they advertise early check in at a cost which I have no problem paying and a late check out and which is also not available. Also the front desk staff are not very attentive or friendly. And like other reviewers mention they make you sign a 3 page contract on the spot without giving a chance to read it prior. They did not check me in until after 3:15 and not with a great attitude. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay thanks to the facility itself .

The location is awesome with a nice park and fountain in front but with a cafe at lobby area and many restaurants about one block away and many more beyond that. The included breakfast was great and the staff was very nice at the terrace. The housekeeping was daily with fresh towels and toilet cleaned. Ideal for a romantic getaway or even a business trip.
