"Very nice flat in a great location. The host responded super quickly and was helpful when we needed anything. The beach is truly just 2 minute walk and all amenities are close by."

"The position of the property is amazing overlooking the port and the town of Llanes and the surrounding area is fantastic. The apartment is very nice but the equipment is very basic. The WiFi doesn’t work, there is no oven, there are not enough knives and forks and cups for 6 people, there is no sharp knife, the filter coffee machine does not work and the Italian coffee maker doesn’t work with an induction hob. The company who run the property replied once when informed of this and then...

"Spent nine nights here and really enjoyed our time. Amazing views from the terrace, a great spot for eating. The house is clean, well equipped and comfortable."

"The hotel has no onsite front desk. Our room was a 1 bedroom ground floor suite. The unit is dated but in good condition and clean. Oddly it didn’t have hand soap or shampoo in the bathroom. Parking is underground and there is surface street parking. I called the hotel walkable and it is to a point. The beach is 5 minutes down the road whereas the downtown restaurant area is about 20 minutes away. If you’re using Google Maps and taking the shortest route carry a flashlight for the walk...

"Lovely apartment very close to beautiful beach. Apartment is huge and immaculately clean. Large basement garage with easy parking, very useful as there is limited public parking in the area. Owners very friendly and helpful. Only regret we only stayed one night, as the apartment and this area would be perfect for a longer stay."

"Très agréable séjour en famille (2 enfants) la maison est fonctionnelle avec le nécessaire pour faire les repas, l'endroit est calme. Possibilité de changer drap / serviette durant le séjour est un plus ! Piscine, ping-pong, terrain de foot, les enfants ont adorés ! Logement bien placé entre mer et montagne, tout est facilement accessible! Seul bémol, la pièce de vie est un peu sombre lors de jours sans soleil... Nous recommandons sans hésiter !"

"We had a gorgeous view of the mountains. When I opened our window, I could hear the sounds of a small waterfall, and the chimes of the bells on the flock of sheep grazing at the foot of the mountain. It was idyllic."

"Very characterful property with parking right outside the building. Lovely breakfast and the homemade lemonade was very refreshing. There was no one on reception when we arrived which isn't a problem, but it would have been more useful if there were names against the keys rather than having to phone to get our room number."

"This is an excellent property in the Picos de Europa park. The best reason to book this hotel are the hot springs. You get one 40 minute session per night which is very relaxing after a day of hiking. These are natural hot springs flowing from the outside, with many different water massage areas, as well as a sauna, steam room, onsen, whirlpool and cold rinsing pool. They also have along outdoor pool if you want to swim. The second reason is the location. You are between Fuente De and Poncebos. There is no better location to reach each of these in 1 hour, plus Potes, Sotres and Bulnes. Covadonga lakes are another 30 min, but beware private cars cannot go to Covadonga. You need to leave your car at a parking lot and they have taxis to take you the rest of the way. Besides location and hot springs, the hotel is very good, comfortable bed, excellent staff and great breakfast. They don’t have a coffee/tea kettle in the room. You need to buy that at the bar, but the waiter brought it all the way to my room. I would only say that they need to completely renovate the bathrooms, they are very old"
