Un hotel estupendo con gente apasionante por el b.

Han sido fenomenales conmigo!! Siento agradecido por toda su atención y ayuda conmigo para optimizar mi estancia de 5 días con ellos. Todo un éxito mi tiempo en Ribadeo, Playa de las Catedrales, Rinlo y más allá, gracias a ellos! Habrá que volver allí pronto!!!

Practically on the harbour road, this wonderfully decorated and interesting property is a gem. The room and bath were spacious, super duper clean (we thought it was new, but over 20 yrs old), and the staff are simply excellent. If the tides are favourable they will accomodate your trip to the Cathedral Beach. Our BIGGEST REGRET about this property is that we could only stay one night!

We came to Ribadeo for the 2026 total solar eclipse. We stayed the entire week. Aurora and Israel are fantastic hosts. They answered all of our questions and served us wonderful coffee every morning. Advice for others going to A G Porcillan: 1. Parking. Do not try to park at the hotel when you arrive it will likely be busy. Go to Estacionamiento del Puerto de Ribadeo and park there, then walk to the hotel. It isn't far, there are usually spots open, and it will save you from having to turn around in narrow streets. DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH TOWN! Google Maps will suggest this, don't do it or you will get frustrated! 2. READ THE BOOKLET in your hotel room. It has all sorts of information you can't find on Google, like the nearest grocery store (GADIS, you can walk, they have wine and beer and fresh bread); restaurants that are open all day, sights to see, etc. I wish we had read the booklet before we ventured out on our own the first day. 3. Ask for the room with the BIG BALCONY. Such a relaxing place after a long walk or a drive around the coast. The stray cats on the rooftops were entertaining. And it was cooler out there (the hotel does not have A/C but they provided a standing electric fan). 4. Aurora will provide the paperwork and information to visit Praia as Catedrais. This is very important, that you GO 1 HOUR BEFORE LOW TIDE. If you go after low tide you might get kicked off the beach. Trust your hosts. Love to Aurora and Israel! --Sarah and Adam

Wonderful quirky small hotel with great staff. Nautical theme and full of interesting items of decor. Spacious room on top floor with good views of harbour, comfy bed, good en-suite. Nearby free parking and it’s popular so visitors may struggle in peak season, but it was fine for us in early July. Interesting old town but a word of warning to visitors - most restaurants seem to close the kitchen around 8pm, so dine early!! We were caught out twice in two days (there are some that don't close early btw, and there are plenty of casual options). Don't miss Playa de las Catedrales, fantastic beach a short distance away - hotel will arrange entry
