Most enchanting place we've ever stayed at!

We had some pretty wonderful moments exploring nearby cities, but having La Marina as our home to wake up and come back to just elevated our whole experience. And the hosts were so gracious. Should we ever return, we look forward to staying here again!

better than you could ever imagine!!!

Well, all we can say is that this is a dream vacation home. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and exceeds photos. We loved the location--close to nearby villages and walking trails--and Nieves, our host, went above beyond the call of duty. Thank you, Nieves! Abrazos grande!!!!

Fantastic holiday home in a beautiful location

This was our first trip to Asturias which is a special unspoilt place. The house is comfortable and well appointed, has lovely views to the sea and a mature enclosed garden. The highlights of our trip in July were kayaking on the Rio Sella with K-2 Adventure in Las Rozas and for two of us canyoning. A trip up to the Picos Europas was fabulous where we saw vultures soaring above us. The local beaches are lovely and clean. We also walked some of the Camino Santiago from the house. A very special place to which we will return in the future.

Charming House with plenty of character

Perfect stay in this wonderful house. Owners have put a lot of effort to make our stay comfortable. Photos don't do it full justice & their garden & view (wow!). Everthing provided, including Nespresso machines and pods! Despite a rainy weekend in Asturias, Nieve provided us with plenty of tips on where to go, and with a house like this it was hard to drag us out to sight see. We absolutely loved our stay and if we have a chance to come back to this wonderful part of Spain, we'll be sure to stay here! Muchos Gracias Nieve for looking after us.

Phenomenal Private House for an Asturian Getaway

2 adult couples spent a week at this lovely getaway! Nieves was extremely responsive and helpful! Home was very large, comfortable and fully stocked for us to enjoy our time in Berbes. Heated floors and wood burning fireplace were a plus! Bathrooms were gorgeous! Loved the large windows, patio, layout and laundry. Beautiful Views Fabulous outdoor space, quiet and lots of birds! Very private location, definitely make sure to get the specific directions from Nieves otherwise it might be hard to find. Relatively close to markets and restaurants - you definitely need a car though Nieves provided lots of local recommendations for places to eat and see Only caveat - Beds and pillows are a bit firm for US standards, so be prepared. Rooms were spacious and all had blackout blinds

Quelle belle semaine!

Un superbe semaine dans cette belle maison avec son beau jardin et sa belle vue. Cette location est très bien équipée où on se sent comme à la maison. Près de belles plages et de plusieurs sites touristiques. N’hésitez pas à la louer. Merci à Nieves pour son accueil chaleureux.

Hemos estado 10 días con nuestros dos perros. Volvemos encantados. Es una casa increíblemente bonita, puesta con todo tipo de detalles. Las habitaciones son una maravilla, cada una con su baño y todo puesto muy coqueto. Tiene un jardín cerrado, enorme, precioso, con todo tipo de árboles frutales. La casa tiene unas vistas maravillosas. Tienes que coger el coche pero está todo muy cerca. Las playas son de escándalo y los alrededores. Nieves , la propietaria, es una persona encantadora, te da todo tipo de facilidades y recomendaciones de la zona. Nosotros seguimos todos sus consejos y no podíamos haber estado mejor. Gracias Nieves, por compartir esta maravillosa casa. Indudablemente volveremos si nos lo permites.

El alojamiento ha sido perfecto. Empezando por Nieves la propietaria que nos recibió el primer día y que nos ha ido acompañando a lo largo de nuestra estancia con consejos sobre el entorno y distintas actividades ha realizar. La casa supera las expectativas que te haces y de verdad que merece la pena conocerla, tiene todo lo necesario para encontrarte como en casa. Si tiene algún pero puede ser la ubicación , que no te permite desplazarte desde la casa sin utilizar el coche.

Awesome experience

Stayed here with my parents, husband, and three year old daughter. Great location a short drive to all the lovely restaurants of Ribadesella but wonderfully in nature as well. We had a wonderful comfortable time in this pretty house. Highly recommend.

Stayed here with my parents, husband, and toddler for four days. Perfect! Incredibly beautiful, modern comfortable home. Close to beaches and walks and lovely towns for strolling and dining. Nieves was a helpful and attentive host.
