Beautiful apartment in the heart of the medieval town with private garage

Spacious, bright and pleasant apartment of 110 square meters on one level, completely renovated in 2016, with a parking space and a large private garage that can easily accommodate two cars, motorcycles, bicycles ...
Ideally located on the 1st floor of a village house, this apartment is on a quiet street 1 minute walk from the historic and commercial center of Ribeauvillé. It has a fully equipped kitchen, open to the dining room, the living room, all with an area of 50 square meters, facing south and with open views.
It consists of 3 bedrooms, one of 10m2 with a double bed of 140x190, the second of 14m2 with a double bed of 160x200, and the third of 15m2 with two single beds of 90x190, of a bathroom with 90x140 shower, separate WC as well as a laundry room equipped with an exercise bike and a stepper.
In order to find an impeccably clean house, I will charge you an additional € 60 corresponding to the "end of stay" cleaning fee, payable upon your arrival.
A deposit of 400 € will be requested upon your arrival and will be returned to you upon your departure.
I can offer you the rental of bed linen and towels at the price of € 10 per person, payable on arrival. If you are interested in this option, could you let me know by email or by phone on 06 08 11 21 93.

Maison très propre et bien équipée. Située dans le centre historique de Ribeaubillé. Idéale pour visiter Colmar ou les villages pittoresques des environs. Le garage est immense. Malheureusement, nous n'avons pu rester que 3 jours. C'était bien trop court. Nous avons tous les six passé un séjour mémorable et tenons à remercier Anne pour ses bons conseils et sa gentillesse.Sehr sauberes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus. Liegt im historischen Zentrum von Ribeaubillé. Perfekt, um Colmar oder die malerischen Dörfer in der Umgebung zu besuchen. Die Garage ist riesig. Leider konnten wir nur drei Tage bleiben. Das war viel zu kurz. Wir sechs hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und möchten uns bei Anne für ihre guten Tipps und ihre Freundlichkeit bedanken.

Should you have any questions, Mrs. Biehler is always available to resolve them immediately. The location is perfect for exploring the region. We were very pleased with this accommodation. Spacious, quiet, and just one street over from the main street of interest. Anne and her husband were easy to stay in touch with and responsive to our needs. Kitchen well equipped and functional. Garage a pleasant plus in this town where parking is an issue. Parfait!

Séjour parfait. Nous avons séjourné en famille 4 adultes et 2 ados et tout le monde était ravi. L’appartement est spacieux , lumineux et très fonctionnel. Il est parfaitement équipé et particulièrement bien situé dans le centre historique de Ribeauvillé à quelques pas de tous commerces, tout en étant très calme sur une cour peu passante. Un grand merci à Anne qui nous a chaleureusement accueillis et nous a fait bénéficier de ses précieux conseils pour nos visites, restos, etc… tout au long de notre séjour! Nous espérons déjà revenir bientôt !

Perfectly equipped apartment. It has all kind of dishes, kitchen machines, pans, a proper kitchen.... Everything was impeccably clean and tidy. We very well received by the owner of the apartment. The location is also quite convenient in the middle of the old town but also close to the park. The bedrooms were nice and comfortable.

Super appartement et super accueil!

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans cet appartement en plein centre de Ribeauvillé. Le garage est un plus, les places de stationnement étant limitées et la police du stationnement très active! Anne est des plus accueillante, très a l'écoute, prête a rendre service ou conseiller sur ce qu'il y a à voir ou faire dans les alentours. Appartement nickel et très bien équipé en quantité et qualité.
