Codeglia, 400 meters in altitude on the sea, a village of a few inhabitants immersed in the scent, in the silence and the colors of nature. Ideal for those who practice trekking and mountain biking.
45 sqm apartment on two floors in an ancient farmhouse, completely renovated recently.
Car: it is strongly recommended to come by car as Codeglia is not well connected with La Spezia and there aren’t shops nor restaurants near the house.
Five lands

The apartment is conveniently hi located to reach the Cinque Terre, both by car and trekking routes.
Riomaggiore only 15 km by car, Monterosso to 28 km.

Central La Spezia station only 15 minutes by car (8km).

The accommodation

The small house is located in the hills in a typical village that is a real oasis of relaxation, ideal to end the day after a visit to the crowded 5 Terre.

The accommodation has outdoor spaces: with a large terrace and a garden where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the valley and the city of La Spezia.

The house is fully equipped including appliances such as washing machine, TV and Wi-Fi.

Habitable in all seasons as it is equipped with an independent heating system. Ideal for two people but can accommodate up to four. Wi-Fi connection available. The car is strongly recommended for travel and to reach the apartment - Note: in Codeglia there are not any supermarkets or restaurants.

The village

Codeglia represents one of the places in the Val di Vara most closely linked to the poor history of the Cinque Terre. In a past made of agriculture, animal breeding and production of caciotta. Located on the border with Riomaggiore and Manarola, along an ancient salt road, it is an excellent starting point to reach the Cinque Terre by trekking in the middle of nature.

Gorgeous setting

This small home is in the most beautiful mountain overlooking the valley
absolutely stunning, with everything in the house fully renewed. Renata is amazing and such a good host, very accommodating and pleasant in answering all our questions. We would love to come back on our next trip to Cinque Terre!

LA PETITE MAISON DANS LA MONTAGNE

Nous avons passĂ© d'excellentes vacances dans cette maison situĂ© dans un petit hameau en montagne. Les photos ne sont pas mensongĂšres. Elle est venue en personne nous chercher car nous Ă©tions perdus du fait qu'il y avait des travaux sur la route et qu'il fallait prendre une autre route. Si vous voulez vous reposer, c'est l'endroit idĂ©al. trĂšs calme. La vue sur les alpes apuanes est magnifique. Renata est une personne trĂšs chaleureuse et sait recevoir ses hĂŽtes. un pot de pesto et de la confiture d'orange ainsi que des boissons fraiches nous attendaient Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. Les petites pĂątisseries en milieu de sĂ©jour Ă©taient excellentes. Elle nous a donnĂ© d'excellents conseils et adresses pour agrĂ©menter notre sĂ©jour. Nous avons particuliĂšrement apprĂ©ciĂ© le restaurant "la pineta". Bref, n'hĂ©sitez pas ....Merci Renata, nous garderons un excellent souvenir de vous et de votre belle petite maison oĂč nous nous sentions chez nous.

Wunderschönes Haus mit toller Terrasse und einem herrlichen Ausblick. Renata war eine unglaublich nette Gastgeberin, die alles dafĂŒr getan hat uns unseren Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu machen. Es gab zur BegrĂŒĂŸung kalte GetrĂ€nke im KĂŒhlschrank, sowie von ihr selbstgemachtes Pesto und Marmelade. Sie hat uns so freundlich begrĂŒĂŸt und willkommen geheißen, dass wir uns sofort wohl fĂŒhlen konnten. Gleichzeitig haben wir hilfreiche und wertvolle Tipps ĂŒber AusflĂŒge, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und ParkplĂ€tze erhalten. Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour dans le logement de Rénata. Pour les amoureux de calme, c'est parfait. Rénata est une hote trÚs agréable, à l'écoute de vos petits besoins et à vps petits soins. We spent two wonderful weeks at the end of May and beginning of June in Renata's beautifully renovated stone cottage. The online pictures speak for themselves. It's stylishly renovated, and the location is fantastic. It's incredibly quiet, and you can see La Spezia and the Apuan Alps. There's a roof over the seating area, so you're well protected from rain and sun. However, a vehicle is absolutely necessary. The buses don't run frequently.What really made the vacation special, though, was Renata as our host. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with various drinks, homemade jam and pesto, ham, and a basket of baked goods.Every day, we were provided with even more delightful tips about what to see in the area. We followed almost all of them and had a very rich and interesting vacation.Thank you so much, Renata! You are a wonderful host! That made this vacation very special.Barbara and JĂŒrgen

Excellent séjour, que nous garderons en mémoire

Que dire d’autre de ce sĂ©jour si ce n’est qu’il fut merveilleux. Renata est une hĂŽtesse hors pair pour ses hĂŽtes. Accueil chaleureux, aux petits soins pour veiller Ă  ce que tout se passe bien, nous communiquant une liste de trĂšs bonnes adresses pour les visites, les courses et la restauration. Sans compter un renfort prĂ©cieux car nous avons eu un problĂšme de voiture qu’elle nous a aidĂ© Ă  rĂ©soudre rapidement en nous dĂ©barrassant de tout stress. Quand au logement lui-mĂȘme, il est parfait pour un couple cherchant un lieu calme, Ă  l’écart du monde, dans la nature, Ă  flanc de montagne, avec une vue magnifique sur La Spezia. De trĂšs agrĂ©ables petits dĂ©jeuner sur la terrasse, malgrĂ© l’hivers (Nous Ă©tions en hivers et bien chauffĂ©), face au soleil levant. Le logement offre un accĂšs rapide (30 mn Ă  pied, 10 mn en voiture) aux sentiers qui surplombent les villages des 5 Terres. Tout en restant Ă  environ 20 mn du centre-ville (et de la gare du train). Quand Ă  la rĂ©gion, superbe. Au-delĂ  des 5 terres, nous avons visitĂ© Porto Venere, magnifique, les carriĂšres de Carrare, impressionnante et Ă  ne pas rater, et fait plusieurs randonnĂ©es trĂšs agrĂ©ables. Nous recommandons vivement.

Ruhe und Erholung

In der Abgeschiedenheit, umgeben von grĂŒn bewaldeten Bergen in einem kleinen Bergdorf genossen wir vier schöne Tage. Wir fĂŒhlten uns im Haus sehr wohl, fĂŒr zwei Personen optimal. Alles nötige war vorhanden. Wanderwege gleich vor der TĂŒre. FĂŒr die Anfahrt zum Haus ist ein Fahrzeug mit bisschen mehr Bodenfreiheit besser geeignet. Das letzte StĂŒck ist kein Asphalt ! Zum Einkauf muss man runter nach La Spezia fahren, und sollte nichts vergessen. Nochmals vielen lieben Dank Renata.

Die Wohnung ist wie in den Bildern angegeben und ist hoch in einem kleinen ruhigen Dorf gelegen. Hier ist eine Anreise mit z. B. einem tiefer gelegten Auto ungĂŒnstig, da die letzten 100 Meter zum Parkplatz aus grobem Schotter mit dem ein oder anderen Schlagloch bestehen. Das W-LAN scheint etwas WetterabhĂ€ngig zu sein und war zeitweise gar nicht da. Die KĂŒchenausstattung war etwas spartanisch. Die ein oder andere Pfanne bzw. Topf könnte ausgetauscht werden. Renata hat uns herzlich empfangen und mit Tipps zu den Ausflugszielen reichlich versorgt. Wer gerne mit dem Mountainbike unterwegs ist, sollte sich die Routen vorher etwas genauer ansehen, da wir mehrere unĂŒberwindbare Hindernisse (Treppenstufen) hatten.

Kleines FerienhÀuschen mit wunderschönen Ausblick

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, und im KĂŒhlschrank standen selbstgemachtes Pesto und Marmelade bereit. Ausflugsziele und Tipps zum "Freien Parken" in La Spezia gab's dazu. Wir fĂŒhlten uns sehr willkommen. Die Lage ist traumhaft, und wer die Ruhe sucht wird hier fĂŒndig. Nur auf das „schnelle Internet“ sollte man nicht uneingeschrĂ€nkt vertrauen. Manchmal gab es eine WLAN Verbindung, und manchmal eben nicht. Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen, und hatten schöne Urlaubstage.

Cadre agréable mais certains points à préciser

Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Renata est trÚs accueillante. Cependant pour accéder au logement le chemin privé est limite pour une voiture car rempli d'ornieres. La proximité des autres locations est surprenante car les terrasses sont situé à 2m, ce qui fait que nous subissons les conversations des autres locataires. Il n'y pas de spa comme annoncé dans l'annonce. La wifi fonctionne de maniÚre aléatoire. La literie confortable.

Mit TerrassenÜBERDACHUNG

DIE TERRASSE IST (neu) ÜBERDACHT! Das ist sehr wichtig und wohl neu und nicht in den Fotos aktualisiert. Toll: Du kannst IMMER im Schatten sitzen. Die Vermieterin Renata: ist sehr zugewandt. Unaufgefordert sandte sie viele Strandtipps per WhatsApp und organisierte GaststĂ€ttentipps. Die Wanderwege: FĂŒhren wohl tatsĂ€chlich am Haus vorbei, aber sind nicht wirklich zu finden, auch nicht fĂŒr die vielen Wander*innen, die uns an unserer Terrasse nach dem Weg fragten. Das HĂ€uslein: Ist fein renoviert. Renata erzĂ€hlte, dass es von der Großmutter ist. Nun ja, wir hatten den Eindruck, dass es trotz der sehr grĂŒndlichen Renovierung immer noch intensiv nach vergangenem Leben riecht. Die vielen in den SchrĂ€nken fĂŒr den Winter aufbewahrten Decken hĂ€ngten wir einfach in die Sonne. Und da im Schlafzimmer MĂŒckenfenster sind, konnten wir IMMER die Öffnungen des Hauses geöffnet haben. Das Kochen: Es gibt den Gasherd und man muss wissen, dass der so gut kochte, dass man selbst bei der kleinsten Flamme einen Flammenwerfer beobacheten musste. Die KochausrĂŒstung: Sehr vermischtes CampingausrĂŒstungsniveau. Die Dusche: Beinhaltet wohl den "Whirl-Pool"...nun, wer in den anderen Bewertungen vom nicht vorhandenen Duschdruck lesen konnte, darf sich vorstellen, wie sich ein Dusch-Whirl-Pool NICHT anfĂŒhlt. Dennoch: Wir fĂŒhlten uns wohl. Sehr wohl!

La maison de Renata est trÚs agréable et bien équipée. Elle est situé à 450 m d'altitude au bout d'une petite route, à 8 km de la Spézia.C'est un havre de paix. Il était trÚs agréable d'y arriver le soir aprÚs une journée de visite, dans la foule, aux cinq terres... L'accueil et la relation avec Renata sont chaleureux. Ses informations trÚs précieuses. La terrasse couverte apporte un vrai plus pour pouvoir profiter des repas en extérieur. Sans oublier le pesto et la confiture maison en cadeau de bienvenue... Un délice. En conclusion, nous avons beaucoup apprécié de séjourner chez Renata et recommandons vivement cet endroit...
