“We show up at this rental expecting a basic stay, nothing fancy just a room as advertised, but instead were greeted by roaches and bugs crawling all over the bed and throughout the room. It was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. To make matters worse, the listing claimed the property had air conditioning, it did not.Communication with the host was unhelpful, and no real solution was offered. We ended up leaving before sleeping there because it was so bad. Save yourself the nightmare, do……

“The location was beautiful, but the condo was cheaply built, and things are already breaking (doors hung poorly, thresholds coming up, screen door hard to open/close). The elevator did not work, and had not for 3 weeks; the promised garage that was in their contract that I signed was not there. ”

“We had a fantastic stay! We loved the pickleball/basketball court, the comfortable beds and gathering spaces. We had 21 people, ranging in age from 4 to 72. Between the island, the kitchen table, and the picnic table on the deck, we had room for everyone at meals. The house was very comfortable and clean.”

“It was very clean. The game room was amazing for our kids to hang out. We did have an issue with the shower but they were very quick to get someone out and fix so it did not ruin our time at all. Would stay again! ”

“This property is located at the center of the Bear Lake region, making it easy to access UT, WY and ID. It’s right off the main road in Garden City. Overall, the stay is comfortable and quite spacious. It’s also very quiet. There were a couple very minor issues in the location like the elevator was out, the patio door in the living room didn’t seem to latch. You will need to bring or purchase some minor supplies like trash bags and sponges. But again, great price, great location and best of all……

“Loved everything about the place. Except the cameras on each floor of the balcony kinda makes you feel lack of privacy. And having a tv in the master bedroom where your only able to watch dvds on and no dvds provided .minimal things. But other than that we would stay there again.”

“Actually this place would have gotten higher review had the host treated me with more respect and some compassion for the situation. We rented for 5 days on our 3rd morning we had a Carbon Monoxide detector go full alarm in the whole house so we went out called fire department after calling the host to inform them he said his handyman will come and assist the fire department guy never showed up alarm happened at 9:55 am by 1pm I was told 2 separate times by the host via text. “We stayed four nights with extended family. Plenty of room for our group of 13. We enjoyed the game room and appreciated the family rooms to gather together. Kitchen was well stocked!”
