"It looks like they are trying to keep it relatively updated. The carpet is a little dated and my door gets stuck a little when trying to open it. I'm here only for one night so I'm not super worried about it. I appreciate the fresh paint and how they decorated. "Checking in was made very easy. All the lovely ladies at the front desk are super nice and very helpful since I am a disabled person and in a wheelchair..they helped me a lot. Thank you ladies very much for all your help. Haven't been a guest at this location before but since arriving and seeing how nice everyone was and the room was nice and comfortable I would definitely stay here again. "When I checked in, a maintenance person was in the room trying to fix the light in the bathroom area. I left, and when I came back, the light is not working. The front desk staff, extremely cordial reassigned me to another room. That was fine, except the key card did not work. I was reassigned A third time. This was a handicap accessible room, but it was recently updated and is fine! My perspective is this is an extremely low cost, family motel. Any roadblocks work quickly and efficiently...

"The stay at APT suites in Rock Hill, SC was convenient with the kitchenette. We needed the larger sized refrigerator, and appreciated that the 2 queen beds were separate from the pull out couch. The space was good for the 3 of us staying for a softball tournament near by. The negatives were the people arguing late right next door, we could hear people walking around upstairs, and some of the area surrounding the hotel were rundown. Other than that (which can't be helped), we were satisfied...

"Well equipped and furnished, with all the necessaries. Very quiet neighborhood, very clean property. Newer than many of the rentals available around Rock Hill. We would be happy to stay here again. The only glitch in communication seemed to be from the VRBO app, not the property manager, so not a blame on them."
