「They only give you literal sheets. They said they are out of blankets. They promised they would have one when I got back after a late event, wasn’t there and the office said I don’t know why anyone would tell you that we’re out. I asked for a refund so I could go get a hotel with a blanket and working heater. They said no way they would refund. I left and drove home the 3 hours. I cannot stress enough how absolutely disgusting this place was」

「We had a good experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and always eager to help. The breakfast buffet was on the average side. It had the standard options and was perfectly fine to start the day, though there is some room for improvement in terms of variety and freshness. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it !」

「If I could post a video or pictures of the beds, the dirty burnt holes in the sheets. The bathroom had blood beside the toilet and on the door frame of the bathroom and they say it’s pet friendly but they charge you is crazy. I mean like I took pictures they tried to put us in the second night. We stayed the first one was OK. The bed was broken like but anyway.」

「I didn’t like the check in which was a person on a monitor who wasn’t very friendly. Apparently the hotel doesn’t think enough of their guests to greet them face to face. My nephew was looking forward to getting in the pool but the pool was closed the whole time. I had to request a smoke alarm because the one in our room was missing. The eggs were awful, they were dry and had no taste. When I called the office to ask a question the person on the phone was rude and acted like he had better things...
