「Paid extra for a sea view, it seemed that the better rooms with a proper sea view and higher floors required an upgrade when you check in, which they kept pushing. Most of the pools were closed or dirty. The hotel is on the flight path. We had a junior suite and this has a window to a corridor, so anyone walking past looks in at the bed. Then you also have to pay extra for parking, resort fees and tax, so will have to add $60 per night to the hotel cost. 」

「The view was beautiful, for the price everything was great & as i expected. A little outdated & could use new beds however it was clean, stocked and ready for us. Pools are easy to access and the beach is easily accessible for someone with limited mobility. Close to all the stores and strip. I would definitely book this room again. 」

When I checked back on the reservation in March Expedia noted pool maintenance would be taking place the week we booked. I called Hilton 3 times to inquire which pool to ensure my kids would have a pool to swim in. Each time I called I was told they have no information on any pool maintenance. 「King Oceanfront Room was spacious, clean, and updated with wooden floors. We requested the safe in the room to be fixed twice, but still did not work. The entrance door panel was broken and hanging the whole time we stayed. The bathroom was spacious, and the towels were thick and soft. The shower pressure was excellent.
