「The cleanliness of the room was okay, but definitely not perfect. The staff was not very helpful, and the reservation system made our experience frustrating. We wanted to extend our stay for just one additional night and keep the same room, but we were told we would have to move to a different room. It did not make sense to us, especially since we were already staying there. The process should be much easier and more convenient for guests who simply want to extend their stay.」

「Love the privacy even on the balconies with ocean views, pier view, pool view and all the activities within a close distance. Only issue we had was not being waited on in the hotel restaurant beside the front desk. Even afteretting the hostess know we had not been waited on, we still waited 30 minutes and it wasn't even busy. We got up and left and let the hostess know the waitor/waitress never showed and we had to go elsewhere.」

「A terrible hotel. It was very dirty, with lots of mold and condensation on the floor. They market themselves as a non-smoking property, but in reality, everything is permeated with the smell of smoke. The only plus is the beach, though even that is a public one. I strongly advise against staying here; the hotel really ruined my impression of Myrtle Beach. Stick to chain hotels like Marriott or Hilton. Things might not be perfect there either, but at least you won't face such terrible treatment....
