The views onto the marsh from the living room and upstairs bedroom are spectacular. The location is peaceful. Our host, Barbie, was warm, welcoming, accommodating and communicative. The beach at Fripp is gorgeous and the vibe on the island is friendly."

"We had a great stay and would definitely come back. The place was very clean and well maintained, which made it easy to relax right away. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making meals simple and convenient. The location on the island was perfect—close to everything without feeling crowded.The rooms were spacious and comfortable, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out. Having two golf carts included was a huge bonus and made getting around even easier and more fun. The host was excellent with communication, always responsive and helpful throughout our stay. On top of everything, the rental was very reasonably priced for what was offered. Highly recommend!"

The upstairs set up is very nice with double sink and shower.negative- The bed is painfully hard. The kitchen could use some TLC (especially appliances)We had to clean the outside of the sliders so we could enjoy the view to the ocean."
