「We’ve been coming to this resort for several years and it’s the second year we’ve had problems with the room. This year the air conditioning, microwave and tv were not working when we checked into our room. It took maintenance 1.5 hrs to fix the issues and during that time we were not offered to switch rooms. Once complete maintenance left. We went down to the front desk who was aware of the issue and had said nothing during the duration, and the most they offered was to remove the resort fee...

「Room was clean but other than that this hotel does not deserve a 5 star rating. The staff did not tell us about the fact that there was a conference going on at the hotel. We were rushed out of the pool resturant and couldn’t use the pool because they put balloons all over the pool with weights attached to them. As well as the fact that the conference room took over the other common spaces too. In our room we could t open the blinds at all because there was a giant HVAC metal system directly in...

I am sure it was a fluke and they were having issues with the fire alarm but it went off several different times starting early in the morning until we checked out. I am not sure If it continued after that or not. Also, you are REQUIRED TO USE THE VALET to park. You are not allowed to park yourself.」

「Maybe I didn't read the fine line but the food for breakfast was not worth paying $17.00 for. Looking at the price of the room, you would think that the breakfast would have come with the cost of the room. This is the only part about the hotel that I did not like.」

「The corner room is noisy at night- there were many people gathering near the hotels till 1 or 2 am and you could hear them. There was an Irish bar across from the hotels which you would hear the music playing at night. There was coffee stain in the carpet of the room I stayed. The hotel has good hospitality and the bed was comfortable. 」
