「Rooms were very clean and maintained every day, food was great and staff were extremely friendly and helpful they definitely helped increase the atmosphere of the hotel and made the stay feel more comfortable. 「This is the low season during Xmas that we know in Swiss , but lack of Staff's to serve customer in this hotel, long waiting for checking out for 25 min, no one in Reception..v poor feeling to wasting our time with No response,.. in the Room , no kettle , hot water u need to go down to the Bar, no coffee machine 2 , why , we do not know ？」

「Very nice view everywhere in the small town. Many choices of restaurants and activities nearby. Supermarkets, souvenir shops, train terminal within walking distance. Western castle style 5 stars hotel, staff perfectly nice and helpful. Not air- conditioned is the only consideration, a bit hot during summer time.」

「デザイン ダブルルームに2泊、シャワー室が半分ぐらいを締め、ツインベッドが置かれると、狭さを感じた。ベッドメーキングはあったがバスタオルの変えが無かった。 良かったのはパークホテルの名の通り、トーン湖の目の前のガーデンが広く、庭も行き届いており、安らぐ空間であった。朝食は品数や種類は他の宿泊ホテルと変わらずだが、野菜類が少なかった。湖を眺めながらサウナーに入れたのは良かった。」
