Quiet little place that was cozy & quant. Loved that there was a table with chairs to sit at in the room & outside. Much more homelike feel than most hotels. Beds were loud just getting in & out of bed. Other than that great place to stay. If ever in the area again will definitely go back here.

I don’t recommend staying here dust and bugs all over. No housekeeping glad I only stayed 2 nights. Owner is not pleasant no welcome upon arrival. No thank you or asked if I enjoyed my stay. Note on the door of the office to find out room number. Very unprofessional and not good business practice.

Check in with Yevette was great with good communication . Easy drive to Cooperstown Baseball Hall of Fame. Did find it was odd that they had a coffee pot but no coffee or cups. Also you were supposed to let shower run for two minutes to warm up. But after you got in the water got cold within 2 minutes.

It was affordable and close to Cooperstown. However when I got there at 9:30 pm to check in the building I had to assume was where you check in was completely dark. No lights on inside or out. I had to use my phone flashlight to find a note on the door listing everyone with reservations first names what room I was assigned, that the door was unlocked and the key inside. For safety maybe it's best to list the last name and have a light on at the door. The room was fine but dated and the mattress seemed old. Bring your own shampoo and hair dryer. It says there is a cafe on site but was not open at 7:30 am when I left
