“Tyler was an incredibly gracious and attentive host. The tiny house was very modern and had all the amenities we needed for a couple of days’ stay. That said, accommodating 3–4 people is definitely pushing the comfort limits of the space if you’re not sharing beds.The grounds and outdoor amenities were beautiful, adorned with string lights that created an enchanting ambiance, especially with the river and mountains in the background. “Deb is a fantastic host for a wonderful condo. Spacious and comfortable, with wonderful views of the valley and Grammy Jay ski trail. Easy access to Grammy Jay and the village double which was perfect for our little ski learner. We had a great time and hope to be able to return in the future! ”

“This is a great ski rental at Jay. I’m a non-skier and so it’s nice to be able to walk to the spa, restaurants, and water park. The rest of my group enjoyed the ski in ski out aspect (to start the day just a small walk through the parking lot). The living room is super cozy to hang out in and we used the fireplace a ton. Would definitely go back!!”

“It had what I needed would be awesome if it had a small stackable laundry considering it is a fairly rural area with no close laundromat I will be back next year if it has a washer and dryer installed by then ”

“We loved staying at The Stargazing Mermaid! The home was lovely, cozy and had everything we needed for a fun family ski vacation. It was an easy drive to both Smuggler’s Notch and Jay Peak. The extra-large mud room was well used and the boot dryer was much appreciated! Ariel was a very gracious and responsive hostess. ”

“Perfect space for the two of us and our dogs. Loved the balcony for star-gazing and watching the sun rise I er the mountains. Felt very comfortable leaving the pups in their crates so we could go to non-dog friendly spaces - was nice to have the main house on the property and know their were people close by! The key pad to get in didn't set automatically for our code to get in, the hosts were very prompt and friendly fixing it for us to get in! We forgot to throw out a few food items in the……

“Host was great with communication and has a ton of amenities in the space. The apartment was very clean and well designed. Both beds are very comfortable. Amy very thoughtfully stocks breakfast items, coffee, toiletries…. We had a great time playing the board games they have. Would definitely stay here again.”
