Located near the Columbia River (3 blocks) where you can find walking paths, playgrounds, tennis courts and a boat ramp. Our home sleeps 5 with 2 queen bedrooms, 1 twin Daybed and 1 bathroom. This great location is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and Starbucks. This house has Central Heating and Air, Cable TV and WIFI. It was a nice little place. Clean, had nice amenities. I really enjoyed. The only two things that were slightly irritating was the walking heard above and no way to monitor heat. There were portable heaters in the rooms. Hard to keep space temperate. I think the upstairs guest had control of the heat. It was almost perfect for our needs. Would recommend.

Perfect for a week in the Tri-Cities

We live about a block away and we don’t have enough room to host family that was in town and they stayed there all week. Great location close to shopping coffee the river very nice and comfortable home.

A great choice

It was spacious, homey and well lit for a basement. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The neighborhood was quaint, and quiet, yet within walking distance to shopping. It is also within walking distance of the river and park. Would stay again.

Another good stay

This is our second stay and it went well. The place pet friendly, is spotless and all the amenities are great.The only difference this time was there was a person upstairs who we could clearly hear walking around and they had a small dog who barked quite a bit (but not at night thankfully) We would stay here again.

A space to go "home" to

It was such a relief to have a space to go "home" to! The kids could decompress, we could rest. We felt comfortable rearranging to fit our family's needs. The host was easy to communicate with. The space was large, kitchen was HUGE! It was super affordable and in an excellent location. We were so grateful for our stay here!

The apartment was spotless and decorated well. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. Our only complaint was the constant walking all hours of the night from the upstairs neighbors. We could hear them talking, laughing, snoring and using the bathroom, as well as, the TV. If it hadn’t been for the noise, I’d give this stay a 5 star. It was convenient to everything and was so private. It saddens me that it was so hard to get a good nights sleep because of the noise level.
