“My husband and I stayed the weekend for the Urbanna Oyster Festival. It’s only 10 minutes out and it was very clean and the owner was very accommodating.It over looks the water and is a very relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend staying there! ”

“ Rey clean lovely condo with a wonderful view of the river. Sunrise was gorgeous. Bed was super comfortable. Colonial beach is my new favorite little vacation town. Very friendly people. Our host was so responsive and welcoming. Much appreciate his quick response to questions. There were a lot of steps to climb to get to the condo but that’s probably a good thing for a Bach front property. We would definitely love to stay here again. ”

“Perfect location and perfect property! The condo was great for our anniversary! The furnishings and amenities were top notch! We would go back again 100%. Recommend renting a golf cart. “We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here ! The loft apartment was very clean and well appointed with everything we could need. The apartment was more spacious than I expected. Just a short walk down the yard to the small beach and dock, and we spent great hours kayakng and just sitting on the beach. Kristine and Scott were very friendly, helpful and great to get to know a little. We will definitely be looking to visit and stay there again ”

“Lovely apartment! Well appointed with everything you need and very cozy. Bed was super comfy! The sunsets are truly spectacular! The host was kind, helpful and responsive. The area is remote and quiet with about a 15 min drive into Leonardtown. The town has several good restaurants and quaint shops. We would stay here again”
