“Pedro was a tremendous host. Waited for my late arrival from travel. Checked in with me when I was stuck in NYC due to snow storm as well. Very quiet and comfy room and clean bathroom as well. ”

“I am STILL waiting on a resolution to my failed stay at this property. We drove 12 hours to arrive at the property for the door code not to work. We couldn't access the space and waited 40 minutes before i finally reached out to a new hotel and booked a hotel. I didnt stay here and disappointed , i am requesting a refund. ”

Check-in was smooth and straightforward, and the host was responsive and helpful whenever I had questions.The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation. It was an easy 10 minute walk to the subway and 15 minutes walk to Central Park.Overall, a very positive experience—I would happily stay here again!”
