“My wife, our baby, and I enjoyed this property. The location is great! Can be loud occasionally at night, and it only has street parking that is payment required, but to be in the city in your own flat. It's great! Easy to walk around the city. Loved using the amenities to make food, wash clothes. We were able to relax when it's raining or we're tired. Very nice space as well, with exposed brick and quality furniture pieces. ”

“This is a good place to experience old Savannah and the neighborhood is safe and charming. Easy walk to cafe’s, parks and shopping. The stairs are a little steep up to the bedrooms so maybe not good for anyone feeling unsure of their balance etc but the bathroom is bright, water pressure and water quality is lovely and you can darken the bedroom to sleep in. Overall it was a nice getaway and would return.”

“This property was located in an excellent location, but with that being said, the bedroom is at the front of the home and therefore, is very bright at night (even with the blinds closed). Outside on the main street directly in front of the rental is a street light and also 2 lights for the walking path around Forsyth Park. This makes for a very bright room with all of the light on the windows. I had read a previous comment regarding this, so I brought a cover with us to cover the closed blinds……

“My daughter and I were very happy with our stay at the Parlor Apartment on Abercorn. It met all our needs - location was great - parking available behind apartment was a plus. The only complaint was the condition of the sofa bed. When opened the mattress frame tilted downward at one end and the mattress was very lumpy. It was very uncomfortable sleeping for one person - would never sleep 2! Apartment was very clean and quiet too!”
