Centrally located was the best thing about this place.
Centrally located for my needs to visit family & friends.
Neighborhood was nice for walking my dog up the street a couple of blocks but police came onto the street this apt. was on down the street the morning after I arrived there...
Yard of this property was an absolute MESS! Used cigarette butts all over, weeds, broken fencing stacked up, some broken wooden box on the front porch and broken garbage cans outside - I was shocked when I got out of my car upon my arrival!
Nice, comfortable couch inside. Only slept in one bed which was comfortable but the window shades let all of the light in from the street lights so both nights I stayed there I wasn't able to get much sleep because of it.
Ended up leaving a day early even though I paid for 3 nights. Lost a bunch of $ for that last night I didn't stay!
Heater worked well inside but had an odd smell.
Kitchen was very barely stocked....luckily, I just brought in food from restaurants.
Lighting in the livingroom at night was really terrible. Had to bring the little light from the bedroom and put it on the kitchen table to have better light.
Probably wouldn't stay there again unless the owners cleaned up the front yard and put new shades on the bedroom windows.
Glad that it was a dog friendly place though.
