( there is a nice sleeper sofa on 1st floor if needed )There are two & 1/2 bathrooms. The dining room seats 6 comfortably and there is seating for 2 at the eat in kitchen. Upstairs there is a separate study with a desk. Having grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants within a few miles saves time and effort. The convenience of private & off-street parking eliminates the hassle of trying to find parking "nearby " security system, nice appliances, & new 2022 washer/dryer .2023 microwave will add to your peace of mind .
