「warm and friendly」

「The staff was very rude and made simple requests like cashing in my free coffee voucher feel like i was a burden to be honest. unfortunately would not recommend despite the hotel itself being cute. if it’s a busy holiday or day of the week, it’s incredibly loud and staff were super rude.」

「This place has a lot of potential but seems to be under renovation for the past few years. Plus the whole area around it has been under renovation too. The cost of parking was high. The lounge could turn into something cool but isn't much at this time.」

「Very cool and great 」

「Wonderful experience with friendly and efficient service nd beautiful spacious room」

「The hotel was exceptional, and I have plan on staying there again next time I’m in Richmond」

「Love their service. Room is clean and have shuttle to RIC.」

「Really cool place to stay in Richmond. Very affordable and had a vintage vibe. They also had a book with all of Edgar Allen Poe’s poems and stories. Super cozy rest. The staff is also super friendly and helpful」

「The best」
