As I member from Hyatt for many years and also a VIP member from Expedia I usually write positive reviews. However, please be aware with this hotel as they don’t follow basic consumers rights in cleanliness. We just came out from a peak pandemic hence this hotels refuses to do room service and states “they only do it every 3 days”, very disappointed at management and staff and I will have this addressed to a higher level so integrity is restored for the safety of the consumers.

The property seems to be struggling to keep up. Our biggest complaint was the breakfast is open till 9:am but they stop making regular coffee at 8:00am. We have never stayed we’re making more coffee was a big deal. The room was clean and quiet.

It is an attractive property, and the staff were very nice. The room was nice, but a bit worn. For example, the desk chair upholstery was torn where it bumps the desk. There was a pile of crumbs on the floor on one side of the bed, and rings of what appeared to be red wine on the bedside table. Also problematic was one of the two elevators were out of service, an inconvenience when two sports tournaments were in town and the hotel was at capacity.. What really got me was an email from the property two days before we were to check in, they told us there is an $8 per night parking charge. That wasn’t disclosed on the hotel site. We and people before us and behind us checking in complained without avail. Overall, we would consider it again, hoping our stay didn’t coincide with large area events. The stand reacted quickly to our report of the room needing a touch-up.

The hotel team were professional and friendly. I even witnessed walk an elderly woman accross the way to the hotel she meant to travel to. It was so sweet. I didnt realize until night #2 because I was exhausted upon arrival and went straight to sleep, but my linens were filthy, including the pillows. When I say filthy, I mean filthy! Also, the silverware at breakfasf was dirty. There was dried up food on most of the forks and spoons, so I requested plastic ware. I did bring it to the attention of one of the team members. I likely would not stay here again in the future.

Property and rooms were dirty. Bedsheets were stinking and water clogged in sink. Used soaps were left outside. We use Hyatt regularly but this particular hotel was in very bad condition

The good: service was great - the front desk manager works incredibly hard to help guests check in while managing the food and bar area. Understaffed for the volume of business. The bad: This property is rundown and outdated. Chipped paint, old tech, mismatched outlet covers and lamps, and just tired. Front doors grind open with a sound not unlike a plane warming up for takeoff. Exercise room has rusted weights and lacks cleaning wipes. You have to pay for parking even though it’s not a high traffic area. Would not stay again.

This is a small thing, but the luggage carts that you use to transport the luggage from your car to the room were dirty--the rails and places where you put your hands were sticky and encrusted with something. Maybe it had just happened before I used them, but it was kind of gross. But that was the only problem--everything else was very cool! The staff was friendly and attentive, and went our of their way to make me feel comfortable as a woman traveling alone.

Had a reservation for two double beds. By the time I got there somehow my booking had changed to a king bed. Was told no double beds available. Front desk staff/manager was extremely rude. Room was right by an icemaker and was extremely loud. The thermostat stopped working after a certain time in room got extremely hot. Tried to get extra pillows and was told none were available. Parking was very scarce and had to park far away from my room. Will definitely never stay at this hotel again!

My bed was busted (the bed frame was touching the floor in one spot and I could only sleep on half of the bed) and no housekeeping until the 3rd day
