Good price. Comfortable room. Rooms have refrigerator and microwave which saves money because you don't have to eat out. Stayed there 6 nights. It was difficult for me to understand some of what the night clerk was saying during check in due to their accent, but all in all a good experience.

OK for overnight, but poor wifi

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The property was in need of repairs, though certainly fine for an overnight stay. The wifi did not deliver solid connections and was bad enough that my phone wouldn't stay connected.

Nice Night!

Good experience. Staff very friendly and obliging. Very inexpensive place to stay but clean, quiet and comfortable. No roaches or other pests!! BIG PLUS! My DEFINITE go to for future overnight stays in Richmond!

The room interior is updated (renovated), clean, and quiet. The new owners are now diligently improving the exterior with fresh paint, masonry and carpentry repair. They definitely have their priorities straight. interior first, exterior to follow. I do miss a Gideon's Bible in the room. But that lacking seems to be universal nowadays.
