Welcome to our peaceful 10-acre Mechanicsville getaway, thoughtfully updated to feel clean, cozy, and relaxing. This home is perfect for families, couples, friends, or anyone looking for a quiet place to unwind while still being close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions.

Guests will enjoy a comfortable living space, a fully stocked kitchen, cozy bedrooms, fresh decor, outdoor space, and plenty of room to relax. We are currently making thoughtful upgrades throughout the property to create a warm, welcoming stay for our guests.

Whether you are visiting family, attending an event, exploring the Richmond area, or just need a peaceful escape, we would love to host you.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home and surrounding outdoor spaces during their stay. Enjoy full use of the living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and property grounds.

Please note: the storage shed on the property will remain locked and is not included in guest access.

Other things to note:
* The fireplace is currently decorative only and is not available for guest use. Please do not open or attempt to use the fireplace.
* Dog-friendly property! We welcome up to 2 dogs with approval. Please review house rules regarding pets before booking. If bringing a pet, please notify us in advance and kindly clean up after your pet during your stay. Pets are not permitted on beds or furniture. Dogs must be crated if left unattended in the home, and guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning needs during their stay.

* Please note: the following dog breeds are not permitted due to insurance restrictions: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Huskies, and Cane Corsos.

* Please use the white towels for bath/shower use only. Charges may apply for heavily stained or damaged towels.

* TRAMPOLINE USE NOTICE & LIABILITY ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Use of the trampoline is entirely at guests’ own risk. By using the trampoline, guests acknowledge and accept all risks associated with its use, including the risk of injury or death.

Adult supervision is required for all children at all times. Guests are responsible for ensuring safe use of the trampoline and agree to use caution while on the property.

To help reduce the risk of injury:
• No flips or dangerous stunts
• No roughhousing
• No climbing on netting or frame
• Use during dry/weather-safe conditions only
• Guests assume full responsibility for all participants using the trampoline.

The property owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss resulting from trampoline use.

- The home includes a thoughtfully stocked coffee & tea station, starter toiletries, kitchen essentials, and basic laundry supplies to help you settle in comfortably.

* Please note that starter quantities are provided, so guests staying longer or traveling with larger groups may wish to bring additional personal supplies.
