"This house was in a very nice area and minutes away from shopping area. We had no issues getting in the property once it was time and there was plenty of space for the group we had. 3 bedrooms were downstairs which was great for those that couldn't do stairs. We didn't use any appliances but they all looked to be working. Some amenities were provided, like towels, soaps and cleaning supplies. You may want to take a thicker blanket though. "Most aspects of the stay were fine, but the biggest issue was the lack of sound insulation. You have to maintain near pin-drop silence in your room, otherwise noise easily carries into neighboring rooms. I’m not exaggerating when I say there is virtually no privacy when it comes to sound. Even normal conversations can be heard, and the flooring itself makes noticeable noise with every step. It creates an uncomfortable feeling where you’re constantly conscious of disturbing others and feel restricted to speaking in whispers rather than relaxing in your own room. This significantly affected the overall comfort of the stay."

"This property used to be the courtyard Marriott. Be advised that it is no longer that level of hotel. My first two nights were OK because of the price. The room was fairly clean and despite the loud air conditioner I like the location of room. However the air conditioner would turn on and off during the night leaving the room muggy and weird smelling The hallways were muggy and smelled of humidity. I asked to be moved to the top floor because usually that mitigates humidity in this type of climate. Again the new room had air-conditioning problems. The air conditioner was even louder. There was a roach in the bathroom. There was a ring around the bathtub. The shower didn't work properly and so the tub filled up while you were trying to shower. I pulled back the curtains from the window and found filthy floorboards and someone's underwear. Needless to say I didn't touch it Move on you can't win here. The daytime front desk lady is pretty friendly but again they don't want any complaints or have to offer any service. I won't stay again."
